Iris Read is a wonderful little natural wine shop and bar in Cincinnati's Walnut Hills neighborhood on McMillan Avenue. It is a favorite spot known for its wonderfully curated, unique, and great quality selection of natural wines, a selection you can’t find really anywhere else in Cincy. The shop focuses on natural wines from all over the world, available by the glass or bottle, with most to purchase and enjoy at home. The staff are so kind, knowledgeable, and always happy to share their wine knowledge, offering good advice to help find a wine just for you. The proprietor is very patient and kind. It is a great spot for catching up with friends or for a date night. They also host lots of cute pop-up events with other local businesses, which are always cool. The shop is near new apartments and has off-street parking. Some note the lighting inside can make it look closed from outside, and while the fine wines are not inexpensive, the quality and great selection are outstanding.

Love this place! Favorite natural wine bar in Cinci. They host lots of cute pop-up events if you sign up for their email list which are always cool. The only thing I would change would be to make the lighting a little brighter inside since from outside the storefront they always look like they are closed lol.

Cool space and very knowledgeable, helpful staff. They even have authentic sake. I will be back
