A tiny outlet tucked into a row of stores near the Whole Foods in Rookwood Commons, the J. Crew Factory store is a welcome addition to my agenda whenever shopping for my young nieces & nephews, my siblings, & rarely, myself. Decent inventory, orderly kept, with a helpful staff.

Store staff seem half asleep. Every time I came into the store, they would mess up my order/transaction.Very odd and unreliable service.Have to stay on top of them to make sure you are not overcharged or double charged or given wrong item.

I used to love this place until they started ringing people out THROUGH A PHONE! I cant see how much each item rings up as and it takes so much longer than when the register workers use the actual register. If they insist on checking out customers on a mobile phone I will not shop here longer. Complete hassle.
