It was really a very satisfying experience with Jackson Hewitt. So friends, if you have not yet filed for your tax return, you should visit their page or go to the nearest office and bring with you your documents. Jackson Hewitt is a very reliable tax preparer and you would never regret asking for their assistance. We got a huge amount of income tax return and it was never really expected! We are surprised! The agents are very professional, proficient and so accomodating. We will be back next year and seek their assistance in filing our tax again. Great job Jackson Hewitt!

So........I had an appt for 4pm (during my lunch break <1 hour>). I wasn't seen until 4:45pm and wasn't finished until 5:45pm.However, there were 2 other tax preparers in the office at the time. Good customer service has become a lost art in this economy's climate. Keep in mind the tax preparation fees are increased ever tax season by Jackson Hewitt. The only way to show our displeasure as a patron is not to spend our money with them. Do better Jackson Hewitt.

I love this location…and sweet miss Monet is the most respectful, organized an professional tax preparer yet!! My third year using her and this year I specifically called up there and made sure my appt was delivered thru their website and she was my preparer!!

Monet is such a good tax professional! She made sure that I it only got the maximum but made sure everything was correct. She even made sure my son was ok in the office. I highly recommend her.

Well im very disappointed this year, i got the run around when i was trying to get in contact with one of your employees.. She did my taxes every year for 9 years..the one time (in2018) i didn't go to her my taxes get messed up.. it was the mt washington, skytop Pavilion location i went to in 2018..he caused me to pay almost 2000$..i m just disappointed because jackson Hewitt rep said there is nothing they can do about the 2000$....i paid jackson Hewitt to do my taxes that year and thanks to the guy ( beachmont Avenue location) that did them i paid 2000$..but the lady Mona at redbank express way location did a excellent job every year i went to her..shes super nice and very respectful.. Just dont go to skytop pavilion location and you'll be good

This was my first time filing married. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. My appointment was at 5:00pm, we were seen at 5:25pm because she was assisting another customer. We wasn’t ignored, we were acknowledged when we came in and was giving great customer service.
