Attempted to purchase a used GMC Acadia at a not particularly great price (sick of car shopping). Offered full asking price in a cash deal. Sales manager tried the whole warranty thing and also scotch guard paint protectant add on as is their job to do so. Respectfully declined and again offered full asking price plus tax title and license. Came back with the scotch guard garbage at a smaller price. Declined again and reiterated my offer of full asking price plus tax title. Offer was refused. Sold cars for many years. Not interested in the garbage bump stickers. Sales manager refused to sell car at full sticker. Buyer beware. They will try to add on any charges they can and not honor advertised prices. Stay as far away as possible. They'll even lie to you about how the "accessory" was already on the car (it wasn't) and that they're hands are tied. Just absolute bush league. Then again, not sure what i should have expected from them. Didn't drive a particularly nice car onto the lot and was still wearing my clothes form work. Looked like I had no $$. Silly mistake on their part. Make sure you're dressed to the nines or they will treat you like garbage.On a positive note, purchased today from Joseph Volkswagen. No pressure sale. No garbage add ons. Honored advertised price. Far superior dealership.

I had a great experience here with Sasha M. I was not ready to make my first purchase on a new car, but I was in a bind after a car wreck. Sasha was exactly the kind of person I needed to walk me through this big decision. She was so patient with me and my chaotic schedule. She offered multiple options and helped me weigh pros and cons. She was reliable and went way out of her way to make things as easy as she could. She was also just straight up a cool person. I’d recommend Sasha to anyone, especially stressed people like me. I so appreciate her, and I LOVE my car.

Service department lied to me.Took my daughters car there to get a second opinion and wanted to put another engine in it, if that’s what was needed. (Blown head gasket)After having it towed there, they said they could not get it started. They told me they would run diagnostics to check the battery and everything since it was installed backwards before bringing it there.Get it towed home.My roommate who knows NOTHING about cars, gets assistance online and replaces the battery fuse. And the car starts up just fine!They just didn’t want to mess with a car or put any time to it so instead, lied about it, and said the car needs replaced. This is my 18-year-old who can’t afford a brand new car and getting an engine was more doable if that’s what was needed versus head gasket, for her for her financial situation. That car means the world to her.Never been fond of lying, but this is really bad business.

Tim gave us personal attention and worked with us to get what we needed. He and his sales manager were kind, polite and professional; no high pressure sales. And, they gave us coupons for free dinner afterward! ?

Recently had the misfortune of dealing with the service center at the West location, which apparently operates entirely independently from the "Jake Sweeney" name. Very upset with their communication practices and ended up overpaying for services. Final bill exceeded initial estimate, of which the staff was unwilling to discuss. Went to get diagnostics on my car and after 8 hours of service the original issue remains. Dishonorable

The worst Mazda dealer in Cincinnati they charge me a hundreds of dollars and they don’t fix my car I don’t recommend anyone to fix your car at this dealer I took it to Mazda tri county they fix it right away they have better mechanic and they are professional

This was our first experience at a dealership ever, and it completely undid all my past anxiety about pushy sales techniques.We stopped by Jake Sweeney Mazda West without an appointment, to look at some cars and get familiar with a few of their vehicles we were interested in. We were promptly welcomed by Cameron. He sat down with us to understand our needs, made some recommendations, walked us through every model we wanted to look at. He was never pushy and always gave his honest opinion on what features/specs were a good deal based on my needs. He explained pricing, fees, payment options - everything felt very clear and transparent. We were upfront with him about not planning on a purchase that very day, and we were never pressured. The whole process felt very relaxed and conversational - Cameron was really a pleasure do deal with.While I ended up purchasing my vehicle at Jake Sweeney Mazda Tri-County due to inventory availability, I felt compelled to write a review about my great experience at West!

Amazing experience with Sasha M. at Mazda West. She made me feel educated and comfortable in buying a new car- this was my first time, and I had visited other dealerships prior and been disappointed. 10/10 stars, Would purchase from her again. She made the process quick and easy, and I felt like I walked away with a fair deal.

Friendly and accommodating! Twice now I have used them for needed work on my Kia (a Jake Sweeny purchase, but the Kia shop had no immediate appointments available). Correctly diagnosed my worn out battery and replaced my tires for a comparable price to the non-dealership shops. Erin and Amber are excellent. Will continue to use them when I can.

Great experience with RH! Helped me navigate the end of lease for my 2020 and obtain a new Mazda. The process was very efficient and RH and team were super helpful. Would recommend!
