Unfortunately, this may become my first 1 star review. I had an oil change performed on 12/03/24. The service was professional and swift. I utilized a Groupon for a discounted price. This is where things went south. My Groupon offer was applied to the regular price as a gift certificate meaning I paid full price. After two telephone conversations and emails I'm still getting no help and overcharged $40.50. Perhaps you might hear me now?
01/01/2025. Unfortunately, this company has fallen short. I called twice and sent multiple emails as instructed with zero response. This is extremely straightforward and non discretionary. I suppose the $ is more important than their reputation. I've updated the original 5 star review to 1 after giving them weeks to correct the mistake. The staff was professional and did a great job but unfortunately management doesn't have their back.

Very good for a quick oil lube they didn't pressure me into buying other things like a radiator flush transmission flush brakes they did my oil we talked about things that need to be done and that's all I paid for was and oil change

Hard working staff, and they offer more than just oil changes. They fixed a brake light that was out and replaced a dirty air filter. Charles, Chris, and Randyl were prompt, courteous, and professional.

I came to this location for Uber car inspection as my closer location had no Uber forms and their printer had no ink???Didnt have the tools to do their job…what’s wrong with management. Problem after problem I’ve had at that location. Won’t be back and going to Beechmont location from now on. Randy & Chris know what they are doing and run a much, much better location. Very efficient with my needs and took care of me very promptly. Worth the extra drive for me! Thanks guys. See you next time.
