The team on duty at the Fields Ertel store were simply fantastic! They were friendly to me and to my dog, they were super helpful without being pushy; in fact I can’t say enough about how great my experience was and has been over the past several months at this place. I never have to wait and they seem to care about doing a good job. The vibe was peaceful and upbeat. Love them!!!!! I’ll definitely be back!

Yesterday we ran over something in the road and did not have any tools with us to get it changed. We pulled in to jiffy lube hoping that they could help. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. They took care of us quickly and got us back on the road!

Great and friendly service! I feel bad because my car is a mess due to some family circumstances and me running back and forth out of town. They vacuum your floors and everything! I normally use Tuffy, but they couldn't fit me in for my appointment and Jiffy Lube got me in and out in no time!

Sean the new general manager went above & beyond for my husband & I. We were unfamiliar w/ the area so we didn’t know where to turn when we starting having trouble w/ our RV. Sean was the only one who didn’t turn us away & in fact he stayed past closing time until the job was done. He was the most helpful & best mechanic we’ve ever met. We so appreciated his kindness & willingness to help us. We highly recommend!!
