I went to Jim’s considering getting a senior tricycle. They spent a lot of time with me and tried very hard to meet my needs. It turned that my height, 84 years, and bad sense of balance didn’t work out. They tried everything. Jim and staff are great.

I had to get my tube replaced on my 26 inch-fat tire E-bike. They warned me that the lead time was 10 days, and the quote was, if I remember correctly, $120. They called me 2 days later and said it was fixed and only charged me $104! Great service, I will definitely go to them for any bicycle repairs in the future!

Fantastic shop. Staff are super friendly and patient (they answered all of my questions, with grace and kindness).
Good selection of bikes, including Brampton “foldable” bikes. I Emerson just to browse but they were so friendly that O would up testing and buying a pre-owned Brompton. Bright green! Couldn’t be happier.
Easy to park. There is also a Peking lot in the back, where you can text ride the bikes.
Lots of accessories for sale. They do repairs also- so a great “one stop shop” for all things bike related. Check it out!

I feel terrible writing this review, because I believe this was an honest mistake, but the lack of service is too much not to mention. I took a bike in for a tune up that I hadn't had out of the garage in years. I didn't realize the front derailleur was broken off. They never mentioned anything and charged full price. When I took it out for a ride... the front derailleur was broken off. I'm totally confused on why they tuned it up, that no one thought to ask if I wanted to spend money on a broken bike, and no one mentioned that they were handing me a back a broken bike after the service was done.

Stopped in with an emergency and they replaced my 25yr old front shifter on the spot with a parts bin gem!!(almost same deore xt) when I'm leaving town the next day. First time in and will definitely be back.. thanks again for the great service!!

I brought my bike here to get a tune up after it had been out of use for a few years. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the bike was completed even faster than they initially quoted! I also bought a cute bike bell. Very pleased and will go back again for future maintenance needs.

I ride an older Cannondale Six-13 and thanks to a bent hanger I managed to crash my rear derailleur into the back wheel. Jim's provided a very nice, used Campagnolo Record rear derailleur, new chain and cable, and trued the rear wheel. Bike now looks great, the total repair cost was very reasonable and just took a few days. Excellent service... until! First test ride the new derailleur fell apart leaving me stranded again. I managed to collect all the parts and returned to Jim's. Three days later bike was "fixed". Turns out the front derailleur is no longer working - with some effort I fixed that myself. And the chain is too long. I'm planning on fixing that myself too - I'm not going back to Jim's.
