Not surprised they’re going out of business. Their prices on fabric might be decent but anything else is overpriced! Even with a discount or “sale” some things are double the price where you can find elsewhere!

Terrible experience for my first time in a fabric store. Once I entered the store, there were two employees at the front on the registers. Was not greeted by either. Asked the younger of the two for help, who seemed bothered by my request, and was pointed to an endless direction with a thousand fabrics. I was still clueless by the end of the exchange. I wandered around and finally found what I was looking for. However, there were specific questions that I needed answered. I walked back to the front to ask for additional help, and the elder of the two was still upfront and advised to look on the tag for the answers I was seeking. I had already done that. To which then she proceeded to walk me back there to help me loom. Not finding the answers on the tag, she called someone else for assistance. This lady also didn't appear to want to be bothered. Once I got the answers I was seeking, As I exited the store, the younger one was back at the front, pleasantly interacting with an older couple who had just come in.
The fact that this store is across the street from my house and I will need many more items in the near future would have been perfect. I will try a different location to see if there is better customer service. If not, I will have to find this fabric elsewhere.

What has happened to your store? Everything has been in a mess! The shelves have been messed up and bolts of fabric on the floor! Today I went to get some more lace, which you no longer have, but maybe you did, but it was in a total mess. That wasn't the worst part. While I was standing there, a woman came by with 2 large dogs and one urinated all over the floor! I am not sure I an ever go back to the store on Colerain again!

Friendly service all the time it's sad that like most they are short staffed this location should do like the Paxton location and have a check out at the cutting table saves a lot of time and cut down on long lines.

Had a lovely time spending a couple hours in my favorite Joanne fabric store on Colerain. The fabric cutter Joe was so sweet, polite and efficient. And Colene at the register helped me a lot with finding my coupons and saving me money too. She was wonderful, thank you so much for a great afternoon, Cheryl

While I'm not really interested in going to JOANN Fabric & Crafts... my lovely wife needed some fabric to recover the valances in our tiny home. Spoke with two staff members (taller woman and older man) who were friendly and helpful. Not my cup of tea... but a good customer experience.

I was in the Florence,Ky store #2261 today 6/15/23 at 1:00. I witnessed a service dog (great Dane) belonging to a Joann's employee try to attack another service dog belonging to a customer. Do not bring your animal with you to this location. It is a dangerous environment for dogs until this situation is resolved. The entire situation completely un-nerved me and I will not be returning until this is resolved.
