Horrible customer service by their design woman. Lindsay was not helpful in the least and made us feel like we were bothering her. We took our business elsewher!

The guy at the counter was sooooo helpful & they had all the parts we needed. We couldn’t find the fittings we needed anywhere else. To fix it to Duke Energy specs we had to have specific fittings. Well done Keidel. I highly recommend them!

Update 8/5/22We have since spoken to another staff member for Keidel who was able to dig up answers to a lot of questions for us. Evidently the hold up on our shower door was due to the manufacturer (backordered parts).Which at this point it is understandably not within Keidel's control.At the end of the day communication was the missing factor. It shouldn't have taken a month of phone calls, followed by two very angry calls from the wife for an update. We now know where our shower door is in the process.‐------If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I was recommended purchasing a shower door through Keidal, by a handful of people.We ordered a shower door via Raven Bryan, on June 1st. I made it clear at the time that this shower door is ideally installed before the end of July, when our baby is due.Raven stated that should be no problem, we should have this installed no later than the end of June.We have a Basco representative come out to measure our shower for the installation, evidently the type of door that was recommended by Raven was not the appropriate door to install for our type of shower. Not that big of a deal.We ended up having to purchase a different type of door even more expensive. Again not that big of a deal.We pay for the shower door in full on June 16th, and from there I expected to continue to recieve communication from Raven or Kiedel, Basco?Here comes July. No updates, so my husband calls at the start of July, he was told that there is a delay and the manufactuerer is "still waiting for the glass to come in."That's fine if there are delays, no big deal. Delays are to be expected.Another week goes by. Husband calls again, he's told that they'll really take message and Raven will get back to him.A week goes by, no phone call from Raven....At this point I have now delivered our child, with a shower door still MIA.I call on July 28th and get a different sales represenative on the line, who looked up our order, advised that Keidel has had our shower door since June. I requested a call back from Raven, she calls my husband and says she reached out to a contractor on July 7th?? Which we definitely did not get a call from.At that point I'm pretty upset, we are now in August... we've had minimal communication with the sales represenative that we actually purchased the door through. And despite making numerous phone calls for updates, and to get a general idea of when we can expect the door to be installed, we keep getting passed around and told that we will get a call back.At this point I am beyond wanting to speak to Raven. The next phone call should be a call to set up installation, otherwise we are going to have more issues.How do you let your customers spend over a couple grand on goods, and don't deliver through on it, much less even keep in contact for updates IN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME?Absolutely poor customer service, would not ever recommended Keidel, or at least definitely not Raven.I wouldn't even be remotely upset if Raven had the common decency to keep in touch with us for updates.If you like spending a few thousand on home renovations and have it go MIA, Raven at Keidel is your girl.

On September 12, 2021 my wife and I purchased a new Kitchen Aid 22 cubic foot counter depth side by side refrigerator, (model #**********) for $3033.48 from Keidel Kitchen & Bath. Keidel's policy at that time was to put 50% of the purchase price down for them to order the appliance. We agreed to do this and put the down payment on our ******** ******* card. It was explained to us given the current market conditions this appliance was on back order and they would have a better idea on the status of this item after the first of the year. We are aware of the supply issues especially with appliances and requested that we check back with our salesperson, Paulette K*****. All parties agreed that we would follow up at some time in January 2022. On January 10, 2022 I contacted both Paulette K***** and the manager at the facility Brad B******* and left a voice mail message requesting either individual call me back with an update on our purchase. After waiting almost two weeks I herd from neither of the above individuals. At that time I again contacted both of the above parties and as of the writing of this compliant have not heard a word. In the 1/24 correspondence I indicated that I would cancel the order, request a full refund and file a formal compliant with the Better Business Bureau if I did not hear back from one of them by the close of business on Wednesday January 26, 2022. At this point all I am asking Keidel to do is to confirm that they will refund the entire down payment of $1516.74 and they do this on a timely basis. Please get back to me as soon as possible with Keidel's position.

Great! Place, I almost forgot about them until I needed and old fixture replaced, becoming a bit flustered I then remembered, hey theres a place I use to go to while doing remodeling it was located in Norwood but in Bondhill/Paddock Hills. I visited here 4/6/21 and with help from Ms. Sara my fixture was located, thank you Ms. Sara again, and thanks Keidel for being that place I needed at the time. I am a happy customer and Property Investor. ..

This store has everything you need for kitchen and bath all in one place. The displays are very helpful. The options are many. The customer service is top notch. I love working with Raven. She was patient with me through iterations of selections and kept everything organized and priced everything that I selected competitively. I had been to one other store for faucets and the like and did not appreciate the customer service. When I went to keidel I looked no further!

I would only go here if you need help with a large project. I went in just to buy two faucets. Had to wait around an hour just to actually buy what I wanted because you have to go through a salesperson. Then was told that even though they had what I bought in stock, I couldn't take them home that day. I dont understand at all how someone couldn't walk back to the warehouse and grab two faucets if they were in stock. So I paid, walked out with nothing and have to go back at a later date to pick them up even though they already had them in stock.

Always call to make an appt and they say you don't need one. Check in at the front desk to get on the list to talk to specialist then people who don't check in just pull them aside to "ask a question" and end up skipping you. Worst system ever

Errors with ordering, repeated missed deadlines, commitments to return phone calls that never get met. Staff that goes on lunch for hours or out of office completely without resolving your issue. Even the so called on-site manager was incapable of even looking up an order to find out the status. Staff turnover seems to be very high. My strong recommendation is to avoid at all costs. Even if you spend $4k+ dollars it's the same horrendous customer experience. Sure, supply constraints are a fact of life right now, but flat out lies and incompetence is not an excuse. Spend your money elsewhere. Pity I couldn't rate this business with ZERO stars. Shocking way to do business.
