Me and my wife just moved here from another state and I was in dire need of a solid auto shop to take my car to.
My car had an engine leak and didn't feel safe to drive without making it worse so Brian took it in, assessed the problem, and left a message about 45 minutes minutes to let me know what rhe issue was. He got it solved and I was back on the road within a few hours. He even was kind enough to wait up a few minutes while I hustled through evening rush hour to get back to his shop before he closed. The turnaround was a a complete surprise
I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone seeking a shop in the cincinnati area 👍🏾

Was one of the best expericences I have ever had when dealing with car issues. Brian took the time to troubleshoot what I thought was going to be an expensive issue and turned out I was miss informed. I will be coming back with any issues in the future. Excellent service. I had to have my car towed there on a Sunday and they had it totally repaired and back on the road Tuesday morning. I am grateful for their timely repairs. I would 100% recommend this company to everyone!!

I do not live full time in Cincinnati, but spend quite a bit of time here with children and grandchildren. My Check Engine light came on and I had trouble starting my car after filling my tank with gas. As a NAPA Autocare center, I selected Kellerman Automotive for service, and I am really glad I did. My issue was a complicated emissions control related problem. Brian used his knowledge of engine controls and his diagnostic experience to narrow down the problem to a particular device malfunction. Even with that, there were still some other confusing issues that made certainty of the solution unclear. Brian was very up front about these questions, and explained that if the selected remedy was unsuccessful, he was committed to further action to make it right. Fortunately, Brian's diagnosis was spot on, and I have had no more problems. More than anything I was impressed with Brian's honesty, caring demeanor, and commitment to customer service. It's always a bit nerve-racking when you have car trouble and need to find a shop that you can trust. Kellerman Automotive is definitely one that you can feel comfortable with.
