We've had Kelly as both a buying and selling realtor. In both cases, she did a great job getting us a house in Madisonville under list price and selling the same one a few years later. She was always prompt and able to answer any questions we had. Even when we didn't reach out, she kept us updated on timelines and what all our contractors were up to. She managed everything on the listing side for us while we worried about our move to a new house. Everyone she recommended did a great job on repairs and was reasonably priced. Our old house sold in a couple of days for way more than we ever anticipated, with multiple offers, thanks to her hard work and planning! We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their house.

I was left the house from my Uncles estate and I live out of state. I looked up recent listings in the area and called 3 realtors and left messages. Kelly called me back promptly and we arranged a meeting at the home the following week. Kelly gave me great feedback immediately after seeing the house. I immediately knew Kelly would be a good fit for me as a realtor and moved immediately forward. Kelly came up with a game plan for how to handle the sale and the timing of the listing and it all came together and we had multiple offers and closed within a month. I would hire Kelly all over again, no regrets she was the full package and addressed all my questions and concerns thought out the whole process. Job well done. đ

My husband worked with Kelly back in 2020 when he was moving from Indy to Cincinnati and had a wonderful experience with her! He knew that when we were looking to sell, she was the one we wanted to work with. We ended up building our new home and it was a long, frustrating process. Kelly kept an eye on the market and made sure we listed our condo at the right time. Not only that but she was so very helpful, a great communicator and quite literally got us through the building process for our new house. She made sure that we got everything we needed in our new home, and that the builders were doing what needed to be done (which took endless amounts of patience). If it werenât for her, I truly think I would've given up on building LOL. We will always recommend Kelly, again and again - she truly is the best!

My mother lived in Amberly Village and I moved her to Boston. I needed to sell her home and was connected with Kelly by a friend of mine who is a local Boston agent. Kelly was so helpful. It's always hard to be long distance in any type of transaction but Kelly was on top of it all. We (my brothers and I) had a lot to clean out and Kelly knew all the right people to connect us with in order to get the house ready for sale. Once on the market, she handled all the showings and offers with extreme professionalism and helped us make the best decision in all the craziness. I couldn't recommend her more. If I ever need anything in the Cincinnati area again, I would reach out to Kelly in a heartbeat!

Kelly is the BEST! She helped my husband and I with both the purchase and sale of our first home in Mt. Lookout. We met Kelly through my relocation to Cincinnati for work and she held our hands through the first time homebuyer process and learning the city, as we were new to both. We clicked immediately with her and knew we could trust her to guide and advocate for us as a friend would. We loved our first home and were sad when the day came to move on and sell, but we knew Kelly would be our girl to guide us through the process on the selling side. During this time, we moved out of town and faced many personal challenges. Kelly was our âboots on the groundâ and managed so much for us while we were otherwise unavailable. She recommended great service providers for us who helped get everything buttoned up for an on time closing to a great buyer. It was all around the best experience one could ask for! If circumstances brought us back to Cincy, Kelly would be my go to again and I would recommend her to anyone!

We decided to go with Kelly as a result of a recommendation from a friend who's opinion my wife and I hold in high regard, and we were not disappointed with the decision. During the purchasing process, we were living out of state, and Kelly did a great job with virtual showings and conveying the parts of the homes that weren't coming through as well in pictures and videos. We were able to find a home that we loved and Kelly helped us navigate the home buying process easily, including applying pressure to the sellers and giving us ease of mind when they were not holding up their end of the contract. After buying, Kelly has continued to show us why she's not just a great realtor, but fantastic connection to have, providing us with referrals to other companies to help us along the "fixer-upper" journey that we decided to embark on. Hopefully this was only the first of many homes we get to purchase with Kelly!

In the summer of 2020, I decided it was time to start looking at purchasing my first home. I had a small budget, but wanted to move to a more up and coming area at the timeâNorwood and the surrounding areas. I didnât know too much about the area since Iâm originally from the west side of Cincinnati. I found Kelly on Zillow and she immediately proved to be the best choice to be my realtor! We had to be patient since the housing market was hot but she continued to encourage me and check in with me, as well as send me properties to check out! She helped teach me about the area and eventually helped me buy my first house in the fall of 2020 in Pleasant Ridge! Kellyâs connections helped me feel secure in the neighborhoodâsince she had past clients living or renting houses nearby. Fast forward two years, I was ready to sell my first house and knew I wanted Kelly to be there again! Kelly helped with staging my house, her connections came in handy again when it came to fixing things around the house and not costing me an arm and a leg! Kelly helped me sell my house exactly 2 years after she helped me buy it! My favorite things about working with Kelly are that she is patient, she listens to what you really want and doesnât push her opinion on you, she provides so much guidance during the process, and so much more! I reached out to Kelly in early March about selling my home in Mt. Lookout. I knew she was a top realtor, but I did not realize she was in the top 2% of all realtors in Cincinnati. We met for an hour and a half. What she said and how she approached listing my home made total sense to me. Very professional. No smoke. I knew I found the right realtor, and one I could fully trust. Kelly coordinated with a videographer and we listed the home a week later. Kelly did extensive pre-listing advertising. On the first day we had 22 showings and 7 offers!! I was blown away. Yes, the Cinci market is hot, but Kelly was instrumental in getting the 22 showing and 7 offers. We were under contract the next day. We closed on the transaction at the end of March. Less than 3 weeks from start to finish! I heartily recommend Kelly and would not consider anyone else.
