The customer service here is God awful. I would suggest either going to a different location or switching banks. Ashley the bank teller needs to get her attitude checked. The way she talks to customers is uncalled for last time I checked you worked in customer service. Not saying you need to be sunshine and rainbows but yelling at the customer in front of me and she gave me attitude about what I was needing is so uncalled for. If you dont like what you’re doing maybe find a different occupation.

Kemba offers a "green" checking program that supposedly pays you a high interest rate if you do 12 debit transactions within a month. But, that isn't completely accurate. I did 12 in January but because 2 of the transactions posted to my account on January 31st instead of January 30th Kemba's people say they can't pay me the high interest rate for January. Funny, I always thought January 31st was a part of the month of January. Not according to them! They say, January 31st actually belongs to February! Amazing how financial institutions will do anything so they don't have to pay out but everything to penalize and take your money.

Normally I have very good dealings with KEMBA, however just before Thanksgiving I was contracted from their fraud department regarding activity on my card. They closed the card once it was verified it wasn't me, the gentleman said he would put on an order for a new one. He did not put in an order for a new card.I called today to find out where new card is, and was told I was suppose to call in an ask for 1 to be ordered. So now I have to wait another 3-5 days for a new card. Customer service really shouldn't be this hard anymore, it used to be something companies took pride in.Again, usually they are very good about things... This time not so much.

Kemba messed up a transfer for a senior citizen family member of mine. It was just laziness on their part and caused him a huge headache. Extremely frustrating. They didn't do enough to make it right.

I've been banking with Kemba since 2018, at first I was very satisfied with their customer service now it's just hectic. They have done me wrong in many ways. I always have bad customer service with them now, very rude and Nasty. You would think they would value their customers especially how long I've been with them.

This company has possible the WORST customer service on the planet. The only reason we have done business with them is the dealership we purchased our car from uses them for their loan arrangements. Every time I've had to inquire about our loan, whether it be in person or on the phone, I've had to deal with incompetent neophytes. Even having trouble paying off the loan now. Will NEVER do business with them again.The only worthwhile thing this company does is sponsor an annual free shred event. Also they remind us of how wonderful and efficient that the bank we've been happy, satisfied members for nearly 40 years has been.
