My family members and I have been going to Kenton Tire for over 20 years for our repairs and service. There's a reason for that, excellent service and reasonable pricing. Our experience has been nothing but positive+, straightforward, honest explanations and prices for services rendered. I've been recommending Kenton Tire for years. In a society full of shady, underhanded businesses/repair shops, it is more than refreshing to be able to go somewhere that you can trust and feel confident you are being treated right. Shout-out to all the personnel I've had the pleasure of dealing with for the past 20 years plus.

Hired Tristate Auto Recovery to do a Repossession for us. Agreed upon their Repossession fee of $350. They were successful in recovering the car for us and the next day after multiple attempts to get someone on the phone to make arrangements to pick the car up... was met with very rude and aggressive response from one of the guys who work there. Seemed very upset at us for calling so early (10am) and told us that he would just have the vehicle dropped off to us at our lot and collect payment there. We were fine with that and because we would be at baseball games all afternoon we instructed our office lady to write a check to the company when they dropped the vehicle off. Seemed simple enough but was very surprised to learn later that day that the check was written for $525 instead of the agreed upon $350. When we asked our office lady why the increase she said she was told to increase the check $175 to cover the drop off fee they were requesting for bringing the vehicle to us. We immediately put a stop payment on the check as this fee was never discussed or agreed upon and thought it was a very manipulative way of doing business. When the very rude and aggressive representative told us they would drop the vehicle off to us and collect payment then.. he never once said it would cost us additional money to bring the vehicle to us or did he give us the option to pick the vehicle up which would have been free and what we had originally called to schedule. We had a second key to this vehicle and called in that morning to schedule a time to pick it up and pay but was cut short on that goal when we were told very aggressively it was going to be dropped off to us. I now understand why they wanted to drop it off to us because it gave them a reason to charge more money... however without disclosing that upfront and giving us the option to avoid those extra fees... it is very shady and manipulative business practices that we will not be bullied into. Please stay away from such shady business such as this!!!
