Nick Schaefer and his manager on duty on Friday April 28 at 12:15 are a joke who took fifteen minutes to find an iPad that was sitting behind him. Why were you taking my non keybank debit card to the back????, looked super sketchy to me ! And I’ll be reporting both of you for stupidity and if anything funny turns up with my other bank account I’m sending police your way!

This bank location has been opened and closed more often than an Off-Broadway play. Further, my association with Key Bank ended when a 10-day hold was placed on a check I deposited, then released for a period of 4 hours, the reheld for an additional five days after I had started using the funds, forcing me into an overdraft. After the check was finally resolved, the bank tried to stick me with the overdraft fees. We parted company at that point.

Lady wouldn’t deposit my check. I’ve deposited a check here before with no issues but this time she said she “just can’t do it”. I left and had it deposited at another location same day with no issues. I’ll be sure to avoid this location in the future.

Terrible services, over charge on fees ($4 for non member atm use is completely ridiculous), high checking fees, especially overdraft, high cc rates. Not many positives. Do yourself a favor and use a different bank or credit union.

I was here because of some over drafted fee. I wasnt notice that all my bills are drafted on the same day after holiday and got charged for it. I was greeted by Janina, she was very helpful and understanding. She quickly removed my charge and show me some options to prevented future charge. Very please with this location. I been here multiple time and they always treat customer with respect not like some other location I been to.

I am a Key Bank member and have gone to this branch since it has opened. The service has always been good. They greet me by name when I enter and are always friendly and helpful. They will do things for you that other banks won't deal with. One example; Years ago, I needed to get someone off of an account and instead of having to close and open a brand new account, they submitted with corporate for me to make the changes without having to lose the account that I've had for years.

This Bank is HORRIBLE! There is no customer service. They charge you over draft fees due to their service fees. They have become crooks ever since they merged with Niagra. I would advise anyone that is considering joining this Bank to run! After four plus years of doing business with them I can't even close my account without it being messed up. I had money in it to cover final auto withdrawals and they bounced them anyway. So where is my money??? Then I call to speak to the person I made the cash deposit to and they will not call me back. So I will post a review on every website possible and if I don't get a return call I am filling a complaint with the BBB. You will give me my money back this time!

Very Bad Bank especially their merchant service. Most of the time the people there do not seem to know what is going on. Their Merchant service person got me into a situation that almost had me close my business. She got me into their program that need up costing me $75/month even though I rarely used it. their processing company Elavon ended up stealing money from my account. I call it that as they had no permission or right to take what they did. the woman who got me into it actually reprimanded me for going to the Branch Manager and not her and not once did she apologized for what they did and tried to ge me to stay with them. The company Elavon couldn't even explain why they were taking the money. Once I got out of that contract the the leasing company which is listed on the BBB as Ladco/Elavon would not let me out of my contract saying they were not the same company, and I had signed a 3 year non cancelable clause. You would think if their sister company was stealing the contract would be void. So I needed up paying for equipment I didn't use for 2+more years. My advice NEVER use Ladco or Elavon and think twice before using Key Bank!
