Third time in a month I've been here, and third time, they have over charged the order. They add a dollar on for the KFC foundation without asking permission, and up charging for a chicken breast which is listed on the website for the meal on their restaurant. I was using a credit card, which constitutes credit card fraud for putting on the card with no notification. WATCH YOUR RECIEPT AND QUESTION THE TOTALS.

If you get the "nugget smashed bowl" double check that they actually give you nuggets. 8 dollars wasted....

This was the WORST experience I have ever had from KFC. I get it, it's fast food, it's cheap and I shouldn't have high expectations. But this trip has been a very thorough disappointment. I go to the lobby to order and it seems that nobody was really paying attention to doing their job. The employee completely walked away after taking the order of the person in front of me so I had to sit and wait for somebody to actually care enough to come back around. Then they weren't really paying attention while I was ordering. I go to fill my drink, slip and almost fall because the floor was soaked from them mopping the floor. No wet floor sign in sight. Get home and try to eat the food. My mom found a bone in her pot pie, the mac and cheese looked like it was scraped from the bottom of a burnt and dry container, the fries were old and cold, and the chicken tasted extremely peppery, old, and like it was fried twice. It literally looks the wrong color. This place needs new management if they're serving food this disgusting.

Horrible customer service we get there walk in and wait 10 minutes just for the ladle to tell us she can’t serve us because she is by herself and can’t do drive thru and dine in so we had to leave look in the drive thru line and there is 1 car won’t be going back

They are drive thru and Doordash only but there are no signs at any interest to indicate that. And the employee who answered the door slammed the door in my face when I asked for an explanation. Very unprofessional business

Trust me the food was nice and hot and everything don't get me wrong but when you have one employee working both inside and the drive up that's unacceptable I had to wait in line 22 minutes just to put in in order that is absolutely ridiculous I'm not sure why you guys are allowing that but nobody should be running a full store by themselves

Absolutely a perfect experience. Drive thru order. The line went fast. The cashier was very nice. My food was hot and fresh, and my order was correct. The grounds are well kept, and I highly recommend this place.

Placed an online order, noone really in store, maybe two people. Advised no original chicken, 20 min wait. Waited 30 min, offered a side for my wait.

Horrible experience. I placed an order online, and when I arrived to pick it up, they told me that they had run out of a certain product and needed to cancel the entire order. Despite having other items in the order, they didn't bother to keep those and simply canceled the entire thing. I was initially okay with this, but my frustration grew when I discovered couple days later that they still charged my bank account for the canceled order! I had to call my bank to dispute the charge. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU ARE CERTAIN THAT YOU WILL GET YOUR ORDER!
