We just had the best car buying experience with the Kings Mazda team, especially with our lead salesman, Mark Malone. As first time Mazda buyers, we immediately felt comfortable and welcomed by Mark & the rest of the team from the moment we walked into the showroom and through every step of the car buying process. Mark is a top notch professional who spent so much extra time with us especially in showing us how to use all the great features on our Mazda CX-5 Preferred SUV. After our experience at Kings Mazda, we will definitely be a return customer, thanks again!

I don't think prospective customers only should know how well the dealership treats their customers, but also how well they treat the companies they do business with on a daily basis. The staff at Kings Mazda, from the GM, to the management staff, the sales staff, service department and those individuals that you never see. Are some of the best my company have had the privilege of doing business with. ?

I recently purchased a 2024 Mazda three hatchback. Love the car.The best part of the whole transaction was dealing with the Mazda dealership and especially Anthony Rice. What a nice guy and very knowledgeable of the product. He helped me with the Mazda app and showed me everything I needed to know with the car. I also know I can go back and ask him questions in the future and he will be more than happy to answer them. The other thing I was really impressed with was the finance department good people no pressure actually an enjoyable experience.I will be more than happy to recommend your dealership to other people. Thanks, Larry

I appreciated the ability to connect with a sales person via text. We were able to iron out nearly every aspect of what I was looking for and able to afford. Once I went to the dealer, most of the deal was already done. Thank you!

In the middle of August my husband and I went to Kings Mazda because we saw a car that fit what we wanted. As a Mazda family (we now own 2 and our daughter owns 1) we had been looking for several months, and it was time to bite the bullet. First, I called and spoke with Tom to make sure the used Mazda 3 was still on the lot. We drove a little over an hour to view and test drive the vehicle. Tom was polite, as well as the finance guy. There were a couple of things that were put onto a "we owe" bill such as repair of leather seats, and all weather floor mats (the car didn't have any at all to start). We spent 5 hours purchasing a car, and I had to resign papers two other times due to typo errors. We had been pre-approved at a certain rate, and we told the salesman before he even brought out the offer. We go to finance and were given a rate that was 2.59% higher than our pre approval rate, and after letting finance know, he dropped the rate if we signed up for GAP (which I believe is a necessity) and a protection package for wheels, keys, etc. which my husband wanted to have. We signed, and drove off. I returned at one point, because the front tire kept leaking, and after inspection of the tire there seemed to be no problem. Again staff, mechanics, and others were polite and helpful. This is when I discovered problems, some of which couldn't be seen at purchase. 1) the undercarriage shield has a hole the size of cantaloupe. Whomever owned this before hit something. . . HARD. I asked at the time how much it was to repair, and was told "it's expensive." and brushed off. 2) I also noticed paint "touch ups" on the front right fender near the bottom, that were less than adequate . 3) The four tires don't match, which makes the car ride strange. When we went to check out, I asked for the vehicle history list. This list shows multiple repairs for paint, repairs done to a bumper guard, and wheel repair. They also put new rear brakes on (according to Carfax). Most of these oversites are my fault, however, it is not possible to crawl under a Mazda 3 and inspect, nor would they have allowed us to put it on a rack for inspection. Today topped it for me though. After the rain over the last week, and crud on the car, I went through the car wash. The sun hit my windshield just right and I noticed a chip/crack. It's not in my field of vision, but I stopped at a glass repair, and asked for cost to fill/replace. It had already been filled! Again, not on the carfax, so was this done while in King's possession, or by the previous owner? I'm frustrated because I went to King's for a reason...their 4.8 google review to start. My husband used to sell Mazda's for a competitor, and also agreed King's was the best. I would like to say I would have purchased a car from King's, just not this one, but then again I feel taken advantage of. They had the car on their lot/possession for two weeks and didn't think it appropriate to either a) fix all the issues appropriately or b) notify/disclose to us these problems. Will we stay a Mazda family? Yes! We will remain a member of the King's Mazda family? I can't say with any certainty that we will.

Thanks to all the team at Kings Mazda for all their work in helping us purchase a new Mazda. Salesman Mark Malone was very professional and efficient. He helped us get a great deal on the car we wanted and even got the sales manager, David, to help in reaching a great price on our trade-in and purchase. Robert in financing was very helpful and well acquainted with completing the financing requirements from Navy Federal Credit Union. We are very happy with our new Mazda CX-50 and appreciate all the work the sales team put in for us. Definitely would recommend Kings Mazda as a great place to buy a new car!

Don’t go with mark if you come here he won’t reply and leave you in the dark on critical information. Finance guy was great and the other salesmen seemed professional and courteous, but my salesman wouldn’t reply to my messages for hours, disappeared as soon as I bought the vehicle. I just expect some sort of professionalism at least through text messages (which I was told was my only option for contact) I just needed the information I need in order to buy a vehicle from kings Mazda. Great atmosphere and some good people, but there’s always one.

I really appreciate the experience I had at Kings Mazda. Madison was extremely knowledgeable and also very pleasant to be around. She and the sales/finance team made it way too easy. I’ve been coming here for 15 years and I’ll continue to do so in the future. They also stayed late for me on two different occasions to accommodate my schedule. Love my CX50. Thanks Madison!

I had a wonderful experience at Kings Mazda when I purchased my new 2023 Cx5 ! Madison was our sales rep. She was very knowledgeable and helpful , not high pressured. We had also met with Joel , David, and Zachary. All were very professional and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Even the lady in the parts department was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Kings Mazda for a pleasant car purchasing experience! And I love my new car !!!

After a lengthy sales process that spanned at least a month, my wife and I decided to buy from Kings Mazda. We negotiated a price; we set an appointment to pick up our new car; we brought a cashier's check for a specific amount, as instructed. To me, that says "done deal." At the appointment, we met first with our salesperson and signed a number of documents. (That part was fine; our salesperson did a great job.) Then we were asked to speak with the Finance Director. I thought that we were just going to give the Finance Director the check, maybe sign some more documents, and be on our way. I was wrong; that's when the sales pitch for the high-priced and probably high-margin dealer-installed options began. With the benefit of hindsight, it seems clear to me that Kings Mazda waited until the very end to present those options because they had the psychological advantage at that point. We were psychologically primed to pick up our new car. Time was not on our side, and we did not have an opportunity to do our due diligence before making a decision. If I had it to do over again, I would have stood up, asked for printed materials on the options, and gone home. I don't mind Kings Mazda's trying to sell the options, but I do think they structure the process of selling those options to put the customer at a disadvantage. For that reason, I would not recommend Kings Mazda.

I cannot express the great shopping experience I have with King's Mazda. Working with Art Husted has completely changed my idea around the car industry. In the past 2 and 1/2 years I've bought a car for myself, my daughter and recommended my sister to purchase one. Both of them love their cars and purchase experience. Kings Mazda or which you long after the purchase of the car. Anytime I ran into an issue they personally to resolved the issue. I can honestly say from the sales people to the technicians in the back they generally care and provide a personal touch!

We cannot speak highly enough of our salesman, Anthony. He was thorough, pleasant, and fun throughout the entire process. He played a huge part in making this a great experience. Robert in finance was excellent as well. Start to finish everyone we interacted with, made sure we were well taken care of. I would highly recommend doing business here. Great group of people. Anthony, thank you, and we will keep some good music flowing through that sound system.

This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. The virtual closing saved us a lot of time and was very easy. Our salesperson, Mark Knox, was wonderful to work with and helped us every step of the way.
