Bought my 2021 Toyota Tacoma Nov. 17th, very little hassle, answered all my questions, certified the vehicle with a nice warranty. Was in and out driving that day! Love the truck! My salesman Tony Steigert is the man to see! He did me a solid. Thank you Kings Toyota!!!!

Buying my car at Kings Toyota, was by far the best experience I’ve ever had! Derrick Bunger was so friendly, helpful and patient…he responded to my texts right away, and he made sure I was going to be the customer who would drive away in my car that day. Our salesman was Chris Vanderveer and he was great. He kept in constant contact with us as we had to order our Cross. He warned us it would take minimum 2 months up to six months to get our car. The only low spot was when you apply for a application for a loan no contact we were approved but that's not on Chris we will come here again for a new car in the future.

Purchasing my 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium from Eric Driscoll was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The process was smooth and quick. Eric made sure my vehicle had everything I wanted and I absolutely love my 4Runner. He had great communication and kept me informed at all times. From the start of requesting information, Kings Toyota has been beyond helpful and amazing. Tom Ballinger went out of his way to answer all of my questions and was very accommodating. I ended up with a 4Runner that was better than I dreamed of. Even with the single issue on an unfit add-on, Tom handled it promptly and apologetically. The experience could not have went better! Thank you to Mario Hood for the paperwork processing and working with me on scheduling. And Tom Ballinger for everything; you got me the exact vehicle I wanted plus more - I love it! Will definitely spread the word of such a great experience.

Chris my sales guy and Marco the finance guy I worked with both did an excellent job. They both were very informative and patient with all my countless questions. I would highly recommend them both and the King team to everyone I know looking for a new vehicle. King gave me a solid price for my trade and a very aggressive price on the new platinum tundra I purchased.

What a shit show. Literally called the dealership TRYING to buy an expensive car. We told them what car we wanted to test drive and what time we would be there. We arrived on time and it took forty minutes to actually get in the car. The car had weed remnants in the console and the gas tank was below empty. So he ran in to get keys for another vehicle. That took another ten minutes. I came in to see what was going on and he was assisting another customer. I can't even imagine what the actual buying process would entail. No thanks, headed to Cadillac.

Shady in negotiations. I wanted to pay cash for my van and in negotiations my salesman said the sales manager suggested financing so they get a kickback from the bank. They explained that we can pay it off right away without fees. I agreed. The document that was signed showed “less $295 fee” in the total, however when I paid in full before I even received any loan paperwork in the mail I noticed they had in fact charged that fee.I posted a review stating the above and a sales manager reached out within 1 day, stated he agreed that the fee wasn’t in the initial negotiations and they would mail a check. This phone call happened on August 16th. I agreed that was my only problem, and that I would remove the review, which I did. Now 4 weeks later we have received no refund and have left 3 messages without a return call, even though we were told it would be escalated. Not the way to do business, I would have happily paid the additional $200 in the price negotiation, over the $295 fee + $65 in interest by financing.2 weeks after we had the van home the tire pressure monitoring system went out. After running back and forth between service and sales, sales would not work with me at all. I was told that it could be almost $2,000 to fix it depending on the issue, which included a $180 diagnostic fee to even see what the problem was. After over an hour of back and forth, I finally got to speak with Ray, the service manager. Ray was absolutely amazing and helped me get it fixed for $150. I can’t complain about the service department there, but I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them.

Found this dealership thru Google search, searching for a certain vehicle to purchase within our price range. My husband and I live almost 2 hours to the west so we decided to give it a try - road trip!Salesman, Tobie, was very helpful and accommodated all of my requests of what type of vehicle we were in search of, the price range we were comfortable with, and we test drove 2 vehicles. We ended up purchasing one with a trade in and a down payment on the spot. Another man named Mike helped with our financing paperwork.This dealership is an automall so there are tons of vehicles in the vicinity. I would definitely recommend! There was no pressure to buy, no one being pushy. We knew what we wanted to purchase before going, and knew what our price range was before going, so they were accommodating to those needs.Added note for 9/13/2023 - went back for a service center appt for the first oil change after purchasing (in which i made the appt online weeks before). My husband and I had no clue where to go or what to do. The whole staff was professional. They have a whole system on how the service center runs. The waiting area was adequate and comfortable. There was free coffee and water, the restrooms were just around the corner. The whole experience was a positive one and we will continue to schedule our services at this location.

If I could get King Toyota 0 I will give him a zero they reset my mileage on my trip that I use for calculator how much I'm getting per gallon they also went through my truck and took stuff out other places that should not have been in Buffalo they have my rayo blaring to rap music and hear my radio said to country music or gospel I do not appreciate any of that they really need to be check into I think I'm going to turn them into Dave yost office over this

The entire team was professional and friendly, and they made my car buying experience pleasant. I also need to mention that the price was right too! I definitely recommend Kings Toyota.
