Hard to find what I was looking for. Would be nice if aisles were better marked. I did find it and there was a good selection. Checkout staff was nice but requiring a drivers license to check out seemed excessive.

First, they close off the entrance to the men’s side of the store. Now, they closed off the men’s fitting rooms and make us walk all the way across the store to the women’s fitting rooms. The women’s fitting rooms are overcrowded with people, have clothes piled up all over the floor in the entry way and stacked inside of the fitting rooms. If that wasn’t bad enough, people were complaining how hot it was in the store. My wife felt like she was going to pass out from the heat in the fitting room and we had to leave.
I’ve been shopping at this location since it opened over 20 years ago, but it’s gone to hell and mismanaged. I don’t think we’re going to go back.

Kohl's is a joke, none of their coupons are good for anything even though it doesn't specify what it's not good for and their so called sale prices are everybody else's wholesale price. I haven't bought anything here for a couple of years I just do a lot of Amazon returns here and they give you a 15% coupon for returning stuff which again is useless lol... Who's ever making their business decisions doesn't have a clue... Never again

I’ll never go back because how men and women share fitting rooms.How would you like your young daughter changing with a older male.Never again.I told the woman who checked me out and laughed.She didn’t care said that is the new way.Kohl’s really went down hill.The worker who checked me out didn’t care and laughed.Ill never shop there again.

Absolutely hate the remodel where you now have to do returns, checkout and some online pick-ups in one place. Super long lines that I've never spent under 20 minutes in just to return or pick up an item I bought online. And there's no way to return items other than in store. There needs to be a dedicated place for returns and online pickups. Makes me not want to shop there anymore. And so many items are excluded from sales coupons. Why bother?
