Customer Service is dead at Kohl's
Understaffed, with some snotty clerks mixed in with the few gracious, hard workers.

After trying on clothes, I opened the door to leave and there was an adult man standing there. He was as surprised to see me as I was to see him. They no longer have separate changing rooms for men and women. This policy is dangerous to women and especially to young girls and teens. So tired of this stuff!

Great customer service on my returns. The rep went out of her way to help locate larger shirt sizes. Checkout rep made sure my discounts were all in place. Amazing service! Thanks!

It's ok, racks are too stuffed and they do not have a lot of plus size women clothing.

One of the things I was looking for was a pair of whitItriee slacks available in the store. Many webistis show these but not available in the store to try on. Kohls had them, I tried them on and bought them.

Rachel at the Eastgate Kohl's Customer Service counter was so patient and extremely helpful in helping me access my Kohl's Cash for my Graduation gift purchase when I was experiencing an issue accessing it within my account. Kudos to Rachel ~ she was such a Blessing after a long day!
