Everything would be great if they didn't have the spectrum peddlers shove their wifi down your throat at every opportunity. Makes the entire atmosphere stressful as you know you'll be pestered at least once every trip. Ridiculous

The security here approached me in a yelling manner, There was no emergency situation here at all It did not call for a guard yelling, I guess for him that is job security I mean starting a fight with people so he has a job to do, It kind of told me where I was at that they did not respectfully approach me, for that reason alone I will never go back here, Much be a lot of bad people come to this store if the guard is acting like that, But I came here to just say My Mother she taught me right She taught me to respect others, I would have applied that to this day But he came to me with no kindness what so ever. But looking back I understand the really bad people he must deal with every day, I understand its a really bad hood this Krogers and I found a place that has curbside , but this place does not, they care so little about the customers that they do not practice the same thing as all the other krogers But then again ,its a bad hood.. bad people and maybe that is a normal thing considering it all.

As a food service professional I'm highly disappointing when visiting Kroger this morning. I witnessed multiple employees and customers not wearing a face covering. An employee in produce, 2 bakery staff and even the security guard did not have on facial covering. I do believe if you start suspending employees without pay they would get their act together. I hope that the county health department comes and sees this. Kroger needs to re-educate employees on the importance of wearing facial covering, COVID-19 does still exist.

I only go to this Kroger if I absolutely have no choice. They have almost everything I need but the store is outdated. I actually prefer the Kroger on Glenway. The deli staff is very rude! Two separate times I went to the deli at 9:20-9:30ish and they had an attitude about serving me. FYI: the deli closes at 10. The guy usually goes ahead and waits on me but the girl that's there has a HORRIBLE attitude.

Yikes! The store is in serious need of staff and management that actually care! Never again will I return, although it is the grocery closest to where I grew up. The food looks safe, and I am cooking some meat that I purchased right now. Don't go in the women's bathroom as it was dirty and was unchecked from the sign on the door since the day before. I complained to three separate people, and each gave me an excuse. There were no check out lines open! I had to ask if one would open. Then two waiting people rushed there, so I had to wait a bit.

I had to visit this Kroger store for a product audit in the dairy department and had a few minutes to check out their clearance area. It is in a spacious area near the public restrooms. There I found a variety of interesting items left over from the Christmas season including coffee, clothing and snack food items. The shirt I found was marked down to just $2.00. This store also has a nice produce department which is just to the left upon entering. There is a good selection of organic produce. My only disappoint was that the marked down produce display was empty. This is usually a great place to find a discounted price on bags of apples, oranges, potatoes and more. There are also self service bins of assorted nuts and other healthier snacks sold by the pound next to the produce area. I found the associates to be friendly and very helpful. The service provided at the self checkout area was great. This store is a little bit bigger than the one I usually shop at. I would probably not want to shop here all the time but this is just my personal preference. If you find yourself on the west side of town and need a grocery store give this location a try. Until next time be kind to each other.#yelpcincy

This store, and the one up on Glenway, has me hating on that entire experience of shopping there. The signage (where to find something) is horrible. They do NOT have clearly designated Gluten Free areas or Gluten Free food. They don't even carry food that is typically gluten free, or even veggies unless you buy their brand. The employees don't know what they carry so when I asked (after looking and searching) for pickled green beans - not the hot variety), they ran all around the store like I did and came up empty handed.

This is basic neighborhood Krogers that take care of what I need.I do question their selection of bakery items.Western Hills offer more selections to curve your sweet tooth.I usually shop early morning but I did go in the evening and it was pack. But every register was open.

Yet another Kroger. It's where you get your food. I really think this is an odd location for this plaza. There is a school nearby and little else. It seems Glenway would be a better location. In fact, there is a Kroger on Glenway, very nearby. Don't see this one staying forever. Side bar: all Kroger's have the same selection.
