Charles from chicken is the best Kroger employee I have ever met. The chicken is the best chicken I have ever had. I originally went in for a can of soup, but I left with a 4 piece meal and a rotisserie. Along with the rest of the ingredients to make my own soup. Charles is the man! I only come to this Kroger now!

Charles was awesome in the deli/chicken area got me a 8 peice baked meal 6 pack of soda and a Krogers sweat suit for the price of just the chicken. Super nice personable guy who always helped me in the past. He went above and beyond as always.

I have been a loyal customer at Kroger for five years, and during that time, I’ve consistently found most of the employees to be kind and accommodating. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the pharmacy manager, Jake, has left me deeply disappointed.
On this occasion, I encountered a situation where Jake's attitude and tone were simply unacceptable. Instead of the warmth and helpfulness that I have come to expect from Kroger employees, I was met with rudeness and assumptions that undermined my trust in the pharmacy's customer service. It's disheartening to see how one person's behavior can overshadow the positive atmosphere that the rest of the team works hard to build.
Kroger should be aware that poor customer service like this not only affects individual interactions but also risks losing long-term customers like myself. While I recognize that losing one customer might not be significant to the company, it reflects deeper issues regarding training and the overall commitment to maintaining high service standards. Such incidents indicate a troubling trend that suggests the company may be lacking the robust training policies necessary to ensure consistent and respectful customer interactions.
I hope that Kroger takes this feedback seriously and addresses the attitudes within their management team, as I would like to continue supporting a company that values its customers.

She didn't ask us type of slices we want, also instead of approaching us to ask what we wanted she had us yell to her while she stood back there, good service is just so hard to find.

I have shopped here for 40 years, I'm at Kroger at least a couple times a week. I left my phone in the cart when I left. I ran right back, but it was gone! Then, thanks to your friendly staff, they got it & made sure I got it back. Thank you ! Give Hyde Park Kroger & Staff a hand!

There was a cluster of old ladies with their carts locked at the exit, and then my cart locked up, i guess we were all stealing together? Anyway, I took my groceries from the cart and left, but the security guard complained at me on my way out because he had to move my cart.
Pretty unprofessional. He could have said nothing. Instead, I won't be back.
You know the one, big guy, long hair and glasses, security vest. Way to go.
If it's cool to yell at customers without knowing their mental state, I mean... Is that what they teach you at security school?

Note to self: do not shop here on a Sunday. No vegetables, and no help out at the self checkout line. I came for one item but bought seven or eight. Gotto self check out needed help ringing out alcohol, no help came, took the one item I came for went to the next register over paid for it left and left the cart full of other stuff there.

David in produce is awesome! I had spoken to 2 other people in the store who pointed me to produce for the item I was looking for - David stopped stocking produce and checked both spots where he had previously seen the items, when he couldn't find them, he checked the system and found only 2 bottles were available - he then started sorting out the bottles and found what I needed. I really appreciated his help - I would have had to change up my dinner party menu tonight! Thanks David!!
