Worst customer service. I went in to make an exchange for different sizes of two pieces of clothing, and I had the tags and receipt for the original items. I went to exchange the items for the same items just in different sizes and no one is at the customer service desk. The people working self check out act as if they have no idea where their manager is (as managers are the only ones capable of exchanges). I have to wait around for 30-45 minutes until they track down their manager that simply just takes my old bag and gives me a new one for my new items. No additional transaction or having to scan the items that I'm returning/getting. Anyone could have done that. There is lack of communication within the store when guests need assistance. The guy working self checkout just kept saying "you just came in at the worst timing, life is all about timing" when he could've called their manager to the front in the first place, and instead he continued to mess around with his coworkers. I had to track another employee down to have them call the manager up after I had to wait.

cause I went in to Kroger's in Harrison Ohio to get a pair of pants and the lady it works in the clothing department, accuse me of high staff, and stealing, which I am not a thief And I wasn't hiding anything was very rude, threatening hateful speech. She threatened to call the cops on me and I didn't do anything wrong.

Looks like a superstore doesn't operate like a superstore no deli selections where other stores have Mexican, Italian and other counters. No, not this one a lonely, fry, dried chicken, and a dried up rib.

switched to their pharmacy a couple of months ago and have had to wait in the pickup line for over an hour every single time I've gone.

It seems like almost every other time I come to this store there is an issue. Whether it be price error, tag errors, or even just pure customer service. Maria is the manager there and to be honest, I have no idea why she's not fired at this point. If you look at other Yelp reviews people also mention her there too! Never seen that before. I've worked in customer service and managerial roles before and what she's doing is not it. For her own staff to complain to customers about her abilities and treatment says A LOT. The store is large with lots of stock and variety, the cashiers and stock boys are nice, it's just when management or customer service desk gets involved everything goes to he!!. They honestly don't care about how they reflect Kroger's image or customer satisfaction. To them it's whatever because they get paid regardless if kroger loses business or not.

This is not the first time this has happened. But first when you go to pick up your order you never get a receipt. Why? We are checked out why did you stop giving receipts? So I had a pick up order of 66.75. I declined 34.12 in substitutes. Yet my receipt online shows I was charged. Last time this happened they told me to call the 1-800 number, the time before the same. You need to give us the final receipt at pick up like you use to. Store theft???? Is someone putting the charges through and taking the declines substitutes? Honestly this is the third time so something is going on that needs to be looked into. I also sent an email to the kroger contact us page. I'm the meantime give us our final receipts. Per Brittany at the store they just don't do it anymore. I'm about done with Krogers. Check my account I give you a lot of money between food, gas and pharmacy. Krogers please respond.

They close the pharmacy drive though in the middle of the day. Even when your waiting in the car, they will close it and refuse you service, unless you come in. Poor management at this Kroger.

very poorly managed. If you comain to a
manager they either give a solution or apologize. None of them are trained well enough to provide a solution. I am sure the problem exists all the way to the top. Poorly trained manager means weak regional executives.

The mangers there in click list( Tara) and the hiring manger (Maria )both teamed up on an autistic employee who had been working there for years change his schedule without noticed ( he had been working for click list for years without a problem) refusing to pay him what he had worked moved him to a crowded area and if you know anything about being on the spectrum that front line is literally a sensory overload for anyone who's ever been up there and then fired him for " not preforming to the best of his abilities "

The Super store version of Kroger's isn't my favorite... The Deli Counter is so slow I rarely try to buy anything there. The store selection is surprisingly limited for how big the store is. They have a lot of items but seem limited in variety by each section. Check out is pretty quick. If the meat counters were better staffed it would be a much better store...

Would be helpful if employees did make it nearly impossible to get to product while they are stocking. usually the dairy section

Ridiculous pharmacy stay away unless you have an hour to wait in line. This has happened more than a few times. They DONT CARE. Rather than hire staff they are fine with you just waiting forever. Kroger's is just too big and revenue driven. No really worth 1star. Abysmal service

Be weary when ordering a meat and cheese tray. I was told the medium serves 12-16 people. By the looks of this 60 ounce tray I don't know how they think it will serve even 12 people.
