Buyer beware.... we received gift cards purchased from this location that were not usable at the store they are intended for. Trying to rectify this matter is terrible. The store is no help at all and just gives you a phone number that you can call and listen to unclear prompts and sit on hold for a rediculous amount of time. I'm still trying to resolve the issue. Taking up more of my time than the value of the gift card. Customer service desk should be more helpful and assist in this matter.

Kroger is a good place to shop. They stop selling certain items, but many things are of good quality.

They are in the middle of a "remodel." Everything has been moved, nothing is labeled so you can find things, prices are incorrect. The self checkout wasn't working. I only went in for a couple of things, left without most of what I needed and paid more than what the items were labeled as. Goodbye Kroger, Hello Meijer!

I was picking up a fridge from Best Buy at 9845 Colerain Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45251, to help my son move into his dorm ( UC) . Afterward, I went to Kroger to do some grocery shopping and spent $190. I paid the cashier, I accidentally pushed my cart with a bad wheel through a door that wasn’t marked as an exit. A white man and woman told me, ‘“ it is not an exit.” I was already outside, so I asked if they wanted me to go back. The man responded, “Just don’t do it again.” I told them I didn’t live here, but I understood.
As I was unpacking my groceries, a police officer, along with the same two people, showed up and said there was “suspicious activity”. I was asked to provide my receipt. This experience reminded me of how, despite the assumptions some people make, not every Black person is a thief, just like not every cop is a killer. It was a frustrating reminder of how differently things could have played out if I were white. Just incredibly sad!

Grocery wise, it's a decent store but the down fall are the employees. Instead of assisting customers the ladies at the self checkout were gossiping like they were in the break room. The only time any of them was interested in a customer was if a customer pressed the call button for help. Otherwise you are out of luck they had no problems ignoring customers. And then they accuse u of stealing and try to get a cop to re ring ur whole list like u don’t have anything better to do leave people alone !
