I was there waiting on my prescriptions to be sent from urgent care and unfortunately it was 30 min before closing And the staff here at Kroger pharmacy made sure I got it filled before they closed at 8. The prescription finally got sent 5 min before closing and they made sure I got my meds. So thanks for being awesome at your job and respectfully.

Today I had to fill a prescription with new insurance and the pharmacist was helpful and did extra work to save me money. I was very grateful for the extra time.

Will make you wait forever for your medicine. You'll probably have to go in and ask twice before they even begin processing your prescriptions. Also I understand firsthand being a service worker is difficult (especially when customer's time is a crucial part of your role) but I never use a nasty tone with a customer unless they're rude to me first. The workers here seem majorly pissed off any time you call or walk up to the counter, as if they aren't getting paid to be there. Not really sure what the situation is.

Visited the wonderful in store Little Clinic that ordered me a prescription at the Kroger Pharmacy. Thinking I could shop while the pharmacy filled the order I did just that. After shopping (40 min) stopped by to pickup my prescription only to find out they'd done nothing with it because I hadn't checked in. Now with my groceries have to wait another 20 minutes now that they knew I had an order requiring filling.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Harpers point Kroger pharmacy and want to share my great experience. The staff were the true stars of the show. Their warmth and genuine smiles and welcoming atmosphere put me at ease. My prescription was filled in a timely manner and all my questions were answered by the lovely pharmacist, Dr. Weems. The pharmacy technicians were also excellent and worked efficiently to figure out my insurance coverage for my medication. Kudos to the entire team for making a trip to the pharmacy and unexpectedly delightful experience.

I’ve been to many Kroger pharmacies in the Cincinnati area and this one is by far the best. The pharmacists there are so knowledgeable and happy to answer any and all of the questions I have. Specifically, Madison and Melody have helped me multiple times, and have provided excellent customer service. Thanks for always providing top notch care!!!!

Just unkind service. There are one or two people who are really nice here, and I love speaking with them. But there’s a gentleman (pharmacist) who I’ve spoken with a few times, specifically when I had to have a prescription transferred from an Old pharmacy due to moving, and he just seemed annoyed that I was asking for anything. I even provided all the information for him. He was made sure to let me know it was gonna be at at least a business day and extremely short with me.I understand a bad day here or there, but he was rude every time I’ve spoken with him. Just be kind. It’s not that hard. I don’t want to have to transfer my prescription but this is the only way I can do it.
