This location should be closed down they are rude they will agnore for long periods. they don't have the correct pricing always have to call ins Co for them to get it right. They will try and over charge you. The pharmacist ride so they don't have to deal with you. Go to the winton rd location they are 100 times better.

I live close to this Kroger but I don't go there anymore. The last couple times I went there it was awful. Clientele was loud and using fowl language. One register open except for self service which I hate. I will drive two extra miles to Beckett ridge Kroger if I absolutely need to go to Kroger! I shop meijer down the road from the winton road location.

The staff is so unbearable, there is almost no one working at the service desk, they treat their minor workers like trash and their service talk is so fake and ugly l.

Was in the drive thru for 15 minutes and no one came to the window. I rang the call button 3 times. Went inside and asked if it was closed. They said no they just haven't gotten over there yet. At least acknowledge the person and say "we will be there as soon as we can". Don't just ignore the person. So unprofessional. If you are so busy you can't get to the drive thru then don't have the open sign on. I've worked at a kroger pharmacy and I know how busy it can get but I have never once thought to just ignore when someone is ringing the call button. Very unimpressed with the professionalism of this pharmacy.

The Forest Park pharmacy is awesome. Now I can't stand the grocery store, I only go 2 the pharmacy 2 get 1 of my cats diabetes pen & needles. The pharmacy at this location is so nice and very accommodating.

I seldom ever write reviews, but this is the most rude and slow Kroger pharmacy I have ever experienced. Alot of times the workers will just chat with their friends who are visiting the store while on the clock with customers waiting, you can expect to wait 20+ with maybe one customer in front of you due to how lazy and slow the workers here are. It’s actually astounding there is no accountability by management to recognize the serious issues they have. The three employees I’ve ever delt with here are short when speaking, no compassion, and rude and I’ve always waited patiently with a smile. If at all possible do not use this Pharmacy.

I just moved to the area and started using this Kroger. The staff is friendly. The store is clean when I go. The Pharmacy staff is even a pleasure to work with. This isn't one of the larger more updated stores but I certainly enjoy every shopping experience here.

This is one of the worst pharmacy I have ever seen. I have been on the phone for 45 minutes and 35 minutes trying to find out about my prescriptions. The phone just keep ringing. I have breathing and can not stand in a long line.

Don't ever use the pharmacy here. Called a week ago to get a prescription filled - I tried to call for two days in a row to make sure it was filled and no one answered - went to the store and they told me it's not filled and it'll be another hour and a half. Just so not worth the time.

I ordered over 250 Kroger gift cards to gift to employees for A holiday gift. Due to difficulty dealing with the website I overpaid. I am still awaiting a sizable refund for the order with numerous email exchanges and filling out numerous forms. In early January I was told it would take 15-20 business days and again on Feb. 4 it would take 15-20 business days. The customer service has been awful!

I made an appointment for a rapid Covid-19 test at this location. When I arrived, I was informed they are only Pharmacists and they do not do rapid tests at this location. I showed her the appointment confirmation on my phone and was told, "I don't care what your phone says, we don't do rapid tests at this location, we are Pharmacists, not nurses." When I informed the woman that I made this appointment on the Kroger website, she said was the website is wrong and she would let the powers that be know the website was wrong.I need this test to return to work tonight, so this is a little more than inconvenient. It is a matter of working and being paid, verses being unemployed until I get a test. Mind you I have had three Covid-19 vaccine doses.Since they are "only Pharmacists and not nurses," according to their employees, I would seriously consider carefully if you want these "Pharmacists" to administer anything to you other than I pill. I would never get a flu shot, covid-19 vaccine, or any other vaccination which would normally be administered by a nurse at this location because they are "only Pharmacists."

I'm not sure what Kroger's requirements for hiring are, but they should probably improve on it. Pharmacists are more worried about standing around gossiping amongst themselves about their personal lives than helping customers. When you do get their attention, they have such poor social skills that I can't really even get any info. They look miserable, and I left without my antibiotics because of how unpleasant they were.
