This pharmacy doesn't always have it all together, BUT pharmacy tech, JOE is and has ALWAYS been EXCELLENT!! GREAT GUY and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Going to this pharmacy is unpleasant more often than not. Today was my final visit. I put in my prescription for a 6 PM pickup. I arrived a few minutes early and was told it wasn't ready yet. No worries. 45 minutes later, they acted like they've never seen me before. It turns out they didn't tell the person refilling prescriptions about mine. Said person had been loudly complaining about her workload for about ten minutes prior. A minute later, they tell me my prescription isn't available. Why this information wasn't made available to me earlier so I didn't waste my time is beyond me. Why they told me to wait and didn't put my prescription in instead of telling me immediately that it wasn't available is beyond me.
Joseph was the best part of going here but I haven't seen him in a while.

I’ve had an ear infection, was prescribed ear drops and over 24 hours after it’s been called in, it’s still not ready? This is the third time I’ve been here to collect this prescription, absolutely horrible.

I recently switched to Kroger pharmacy, in large part for the excellent customer service. Joseph always goes above and beyond; he is pleasant, knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile to find the lowest cost options for my meds. Thanks to Joseph, and all the other hard-working staff at Blue Ash Kroger pharmacy. I cannot imagine the stress and workload over the past few years and am grateful for professionals who care!

Had my doctor call in a prescription. Got a text saying it was ready to be picked up. Went into work late to pick it up to find out that they couldnt honor it and its now my responsibility to find a walmart to call them to have them call this kroger and get it transferred to that store. So now late for work no prescription have to call a walmart and have them call this kroger to transfer then go to that store to pick up

This used to be a really nice location! It used to be my go to grocery store, but not anymore. Slowly, but surely this place is devolving into Walmart. Dirty and unorganized. And absolutely no checkers on a weekday evening. Just a few days before Christmas no less! There was literally a line around the store for self check out. Meanwhile, employees who look like crackheads are milling about with apparently nothing to do. If I wanted to work as a grocery store checker, I would put in an application! Dear Blue Ash Kroger, get your shit together!

I’m not rating this because of the store, I’m rating it this because you need more labor and are ALWAYS EXTREMELY understaffed. I’m really hoping someone from corporate reads this and does something. It’s been like this for 10 years ever since I worked there back then

Pharmacy was still closed an hour after opening time stated online, Kroger is a big enough company with enough money to update something like this online so a customer doesn't waste time, always a long wait, this is just another wrench in the gears, switching pharmacies
