Had my doctor call in a prescription. Got a text saying it was ready to be picked up. Went into work late to pick it up to find out that they couldnt honor it and its now my responsibility to find a walmart to call them to have them call this kroger and get it transferred to that store. So now late for work no prescription have to call a walmart and have them call this kroger to transfer then go to that store to pick up

This used to be a really nice location! It used to be my go to grocery store, but not anymore. Slowly, but surely this place is devolving into Walmart. Dirty and unorganized. And absolutely no checkers on a weekday evening. Just a few days before Christmas no less! There was literally a line around the store for self check out. Meanwhile, employees who look like crackheads are milling about with apparently nothing to do. If I wanted to work as a grocery store checker, I would put in an application! Dear Blue Ash Kroger, get your shit together!

Pharmacy was still closed an hour after opening time stated online, Kroger is a big enough company with enough money to update something like this online so a customer doesn't waste time, always a long wait, this is just another wrench in the gears, switching pharmacies

Unacceptable service. I switched all of my prescriptions over to Kroger 6 months ago to participate in their prescription savings program. Since then any time I have submitted for refills I have had to call multiple days to follow up to make sure they are filled. Multiple times when they were unable to contact my doctor, the request for refill was just removed from the system without me being contacted. They switched brands on a medication which caused it to no longer work for me and when I called the office to ask about it first I was told they had not switched brands and once I read the labels off to them they admitted they had switched and said if this brand didn't work for me I should contact my physician. I am on multiple medications that I cannot miss each day and it is not hyperbolic to say that some of these issues have put me in real danger. I will be moving my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

I just found out that my Kroger used robots to do my click list order and of the robots shorted my order. I requested 3 bags of kroger grilled chicken strips and only got 2. And the robots also shorted me a bag of frozen cherries. How do I know it was robots, my order was packed in blue plastic bags! Krogers appears to be shorting their employees of hours and screwing up our orders. And to top it all off, I was charged for 3 bags of chicken and 2 bags of cherries!! If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible. They don't get your prescriptions done with any sort of urgency at all. And they don't even call you back to let you know that they didn't do their jobs. Absolutely ridiculous.

They are Extremely understaffed - 10+ deep line, 30+ minute wait, one person at the front assisting customers. The people are great but the store management and Kroger need to fix this by adding more people to help customers with prescriptions to pick up!

Good service willing to go out of their way to help you I know a lot of bad press They have many guidelines to follow with Doctors and insurance company with a Limited staff.Thousands of orders to fill daily you can only go as fast as your hands will take you. anyway when was the last time you said thank you for your helpYou get back what you put into it Patience is still a virtual.I know you need to take your pills daily but don’t get yourself into a ball of wax it will only raise your blood pressure then you’ll be in a heck of a fix. Only because there isn't a zero rating. Order wasn't ready for pickup at 9am even tho we ordered the night before at 8pm. Got there, called number and then the lady comes out later and ask if I have an order. Phone number said they can't find it. I walk in to ask and she' said she's getting it ready. Say what? Then she tells me to calm down, really? Then she says, maybe find a different Kroger! Afrer all that, my items are thrown in trunk without bags, which I have pictures of. Blue Ash Kroger has terrible workers who tell you to go to a different Kroger if you want good service. Thanks, I'll try Meijer

Way too slow at checkout, can't find anything, often out of items. Perfer to drive 10 to 15 mins to another Kroger.
