Worst customer service ever! Could only talk about how he couldn't realistically fill an already made cream for an allergy in 15mins before closing spending 3mins to explain and not willing or able to call the provider and tell them my dilemma. Terrible.

It seems every time I need my medication, that the techs are either at lunch, going to lunch or simply was "too busy" to update me on the status of my meds.. I would avoid krogers pharmacy at all cost.

The staff are friendly enough and I dont mind doing business with them at all, but they almost NEVER have the medcines I need in stock. Also, Ive been told my medicine was going to be ordered before, then when I went to pick it up, it hadnt been ordered at all. That was a while ago, but these things shouldnt happen. I am constanlty without my medicine because of it almost never being in stock. When I try to put the order in before Im out, Im told my insurance wont let me, then when Im out and insurance lets me, they rarely have the medicine I need and it gets out of my system, causing dangerous health problems, then it has to rebuild in my system. This cycle continues. I need a much more reliable pharmacy, I will be changing pharmacies quite soon.

Getting my Moderna Covid shot AND my senior flu shot. The pharmacist is amazing here. They were out of Moderna yesterday but Jim called me this morning to say it was in and scheduled it for me. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They love to mess up your check when you go to Cash and then when you ask for the regional manager something they're supposed to give you they refuse to give it Harley and Nathan are some of the worst managers I've ever seen.

I have a love/hate relationship with the Warsaw Avenue Kroger. It's chronically understaffed, but so is every other Kroger in town. The store is located in a low-income area, but that isn't an excuse for their store management not to care. There was a very large pothole smack dab in the center of this parking lot for several months, but no attempts were made to fill it in. I emailed Kroger's corporate office, and within days they repaired the pothole. Not one Kroger manager could be bothered to reach out to corporate and let them know about the problem? Their selection is decent and their employees are generally very nice, but due to the high rate of theft at this store, any personal care items (shampoo, toothpaste, fem care, makeup, diapers, etc...) must be purchased from a free-standing store within the store. I understand why, but it's still inconvenient. I'm fortunate enough to be able to shop at better quality Kroger stores, but improvements need to be made for those with no other shopping options.

I do t usually post but I had to share....If you value your life or your loved ones life, DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE! I had to wait over a month for them to fix a huge mistake giving me a 90 day supply of the WRONG heart medication then trying to blame me or accuse me of lying. I had to take my NitroglycerinS daily until I could get my correct medication. The technicians and pharmacists are unprofessional and they genuinely mess up on most of the patient’s medications. Again if you want to live, don’t go to this Kroger Pharmacy. I would have given 0 stars if I could.
