The worst pharmacy in Cincinnati. Always have problems with phone calls . Black girl in head wrap is extremely rude on the phone. She hates to answer she give horrible customer service in person as well. They are all use to her behavior so nothing is done about it. I told her if she hates her job that much she needs to quit. I've reported her twice nothing done about it. I go to other krogers for my prescriptions when I can. This white girl Barbie was on her name tag told me there's other pharmacies in cincy which was extremely rude also. Not sure who the Mgr is but they should be fired as well.

Kroger is simply profit driven, nothing more. I shopped today at the Oakley Marketplace and had a terrible experience. First, the fish counter doesn't open until 9:00am. The store is open but the fish counter is not, because they can save money not having it open. The bathroom was a disaster. NO toilet paper, paper all over the floor, no papertowels to dry my hands. Thankfully someone had left baby wipes and a container of off the shelf soap. Is it too much to pay someone to clean the bathrooms? Then the ring out process. First, we all know why the cashiers and baggers were fired, right? Millions of dollars. "Let's make the customer ring and bag their own groceries!!!!" Great idea. We'll get big bonuses!" So the automated roller stops and I have to step over to move things down when a guy comes over to "help" me. He proceeds to put my groceries into plastic bags. I have my own cloth bags I said and handed them to him. THey were sitting there in plain sight. I go back to ringing and he proceeds to put all the heavy canned items into one small bag. Now I am really getting upset. I said "that was really stupid to put all the heavy items in one bag. I've had a really bad experience here today." He says, "look in the mirror." I am done with Kroger. There are other grocery stores - Meijer, Whole Foods, Findaly Market. I am done.

Definitely need more staff or implement something that expedites their processes. Trying to call ahead to help is nearly impossible. You spend over 10 minutes on hold going back and forth from the pharmacy line to the store line.

Tried to call for details on a prescription. After waiting for several minutes, finally had a person answer by nearly shouting a couple of indecipherable words. When I didn't respond immediately, out of confusion, they hung up.Called multiple other times, just for them to take the phone of the hook and leave it. Not a single word to hold or anything like that, just left off. This location also just has general issues with being slow and filling prescriptions in a timely manner. Communication is poor.Honestly think they need more people, but also to weed out a few people who just don't care.

On hold for an hour the phone kept ringing back and they would put me back on hold. How rude. Find another pharmacy that’s close by. I promise you it will save time and money.

Technicians were friendly and courteous. The pharmacist, Hannah, went above and beyond to answer my questions despite being busy and having long lines.

Pharmacy is unprofessional. Upon my arrival to pick up a prescription a customer and worker were yelling and cussing at each other for which both were in the wrong. Another I had an issue with was the workers were letting kids just stand by the counter while people were picking prescriptions and giving their personal information. This is not only unprofessional but also a huge breach of privacy. These issues need to be addressed.

This is the WORST Kroger Pharmacy in the area. The Pharmacist Benji turned me away for my Gabapentin (I was quoted $5.25) "supposed Kroger. The staff is very rude. My Pharmacist's at the Stadium store in Portland Oregon (Kevin Haffner) are much more obliging to my pharmaceutical needs. I need my meds. The manager needs to talk to this staff and teach them manners.

9 am Tuesday and there's not a single register open that's not self check out. I've got a basket full and there are 3 other people with full waiting for a register to open. I don't blame the employees, this is a management issue. If you need produce, just go to another store because it's horrible. Go up the road to Oakley and it's fine. They are just sending bad produce to the poor neighborhoods. If I had another choice for shopping, I'd go there instead.

Always short staffed. Shop inside and wait in long lines. Order a pickup, half the time your order isn't ready and they "can call you when it is ready". Thanks, so glad I drove here already and planned this into my day.

I stopped in recently before having my car looked at at the nearby Jeff Wyler Hyundai service center. As Kroger's go, it's on the smaller & more depressing side. You'll find the essentials here, more or less, but you probably won't enjoy the experience. If nothing else, it made me glad I live as close as I do to their larger Newport store.
