Drive thru sucked. Lady who we talked to was incredibly rude, sounded like she didn’t want to do her job or be there… Also Kroger doesn’t take (Tri-Care) Military insurance anymore, we ended up switching to Walgreens now.

I'm a Instacart employee and the bagger put soft item on the bottom of the cart. I scanned the heavy first and cold items, then the soft. They need to train some of them again.

I had a similar experience to another review - difficulty getting riding carts. I went about ten times in a row to get groceries and each time there either wasn't a riding cart or they weren't plugged in to be charging. I called after about ten unsuccessful attempts to get a riding cart to get my groceries and like the other person who left a review, I was talked down to with an attitude that almost said are you too stupid to figure out that if the riding carts aren't out there we're busy and someone else is using them and/or when someone returns the cart it's not our fault if they don't plug it in. Finally, I became desperate and went with my walker even though I'm only supposed to use that for support on short distances and I ended up on my back in extreme pain for days. Now, I go over to the store in Covington, Kentucky because someone told me if they're out of riding carts that their staff will get you seated comfortably while they look for a riding cart and if they are all in use they will keep checking on you until someone is done with theirs and they always keep them plugged in, and that was my experience when I went to the store in Covington. They are so nice to the handicapped in Covington.

Apparently employees are under the impression that it's up the customers to keep the electric carts for the disabled charged. Out of the four carts only one was charged and available this morning. When asked about about it I was waved away with an annoyed attitude by the very rude employee. That is unexcusable!

Krogers needs to have more cashier staffed registers available. 3 is almost NEVER ENOUGH! I don't want to work for Krogers for free in the self-checkout lanes! Limited selection choice for most things. The only things keeping me shopping there anymore are the gas points and that Jungle Jim's is too far of a drive for regular shopping. GFS, Findlay Market seem like good options as well.

Just moved back trying to get my prescriptions transferred from Walmart in florida to this location zero luck. "Get your doctor to write new scripts and send it to us or just go to Walmart" very rude. I've been gone for a few years but I find this unacceptable. They would not attempt to transfer prescriptions and sending me somewhere else, this location was the one I used all the time.Guess I'll just give Walmart pharmacy my business.

I waited in like for almost a half hour to pick up my daughter's prescription, her doctor had sent it an hour prior to this. They said it wasn't ready and to come back in 2 hours. I came back and waited almost another hour in line and they still didn't have it started and even said they couldn't find it and then found something that didn't even sound remotely close to what her medicine is. Told me to come back later to pick it up again, then tried to overcharge me for the wrong medicine. Definitely will never go through this place again.

I started using this pharmacy a year ago and I've never had a bad experience. Pretty impressive considering how busy they always are. Check out employees are always friendly and get answers to any questions I have.

Even though my doctor requested that I receive a bottle to store my medication the pharmacist refused. Instead the pharmacist directed me to the water aisle and informed me those bottles were 16oz and perfect for what i needed.... Thanks larry for advising me to store my medications in a water bottle with young children in my home.

Went in Sunday to have my file transfer down here and get something refilled. Said it would be ready Monday. Went there on Tuesday and they did refill it at all. Telling me sorry doesn’t feed the bulldog or keep me from waiting 30 minutes for something that should have been done.

Honestly I’ve never had a problem at that pharmacy I read some of the other reviews and I have never seen that kind of activity when going to that pharmacy everybody’s always been friendly helpful and tried their best to take care of things for me yes they may be busy and yes you may have to wait but You’ll find that at a busy pharmacy anyway so why complain about it? Anyway that’s all

When you call to have your prescriptions ready before you get there be prepared to wait an hour after you get there while they get them ready. Called and was told prescriptions would be ready in about an hour. Came in over an hour later, umm we will bump you up so it will be about 20 minutes. Yeah, don't worry. I don't Value my time. Always an issue here.
