Was just hung up on by a pharmacist that works there. We had a mix up of prescriptions and she called to ask me a question a genuinly just hung up on me. So rude. Wouldn’t recommend, bad attitudes!

Not surprising that Kroger doesn’t hire enough staff to efficiently run a pharmacy at its busiest times. There are never enough techs for the amount of customers, and the lines and wait times are absurd if you arrive after work. The customer service is excellent when you are finally helped and everyone does an A+++ job always going the extra mile to make sure the proper discounts are applied while still working as quickly as possible to get to the next customer, however, without enough staff at the busiest times, people always have to wait sometimes over 20mins

The staff are always helpful and kind. I recently had a prescription called in to the wrong Kroger. The staff fixed my issue very quickly!

I have never had an issue with them. They usually will answer the phone if I need to ask a question or check to see if my Doctor had called in my perscription. There phone system needs work but that's on Kroger. Not the pharmacist or their helpers.

Had to wait for them to even tell me if they could fill my prescription while I was there even though my doctor called it in. Not what it used to be. I will be switching.

Staff is always friendly and super helpful! There was a time that a prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy, and the tech was diligent about resolving the issue. She could have easily, and rightfully, let resolving the issue be my problem because it had nothing to do with this pharmacy. Sometimes the line is long, like at any other pharmacy at a high volume time, but it moves quickly.

I just wish they get it together like I come here because it’s close to my home but they texted me and told me the prescription was ready then when I can to pick it up Kristi was digging by her crouch then they said they lost my prescription thank goodness for dionna who remade them because I would’ve of been waiting get some better people that are organized

I sincerely like the customer service I get at the Marburg store. I've never had to wait long for my prescriptions.

Wow this place was shocking. I don't usually shop here as I'm closer to Mariemont and Madeira. Those stores are so neat and clean that you could almost eat off the floor. This store on a Monday morning was absolutely filthy. I cut my shopping trip short because it was so filthy I was afraid to touch anything. Garbage all over the floor, half eaten food and Starbucks cup on the shelves. Every single aisle was blocked with things that had been thrown on the floor from the weekend and never picked up. There were carts piled up to the ceiling of all kinds of foods that people had left in different places and the employees were trying to put back. I tore my meniscus so I walk with two canes. I needed one of their grocery scooters. There were 20 unplugged scooters parked on top of each other. I found a really nice employee who tried to help me and because so many of the scooters were dead and they were all jammed on top of each other we couldn't even move them back. I asked for a manager and was told there were none on duty. Boy I made a big mistake and I learned a lesson I will never shop up here again
