I get a call saying my meds are ready when i get there i am told it is in processing and will be done in 30 mins i wait the 30 mins to be told it will be ready in two days. I am a kidney transplant patient it is life and death to get meds on time to prevent rejection of my kidney. The staff was fine in their service. The service is not dependable and i can not afford the delays i have been with this pharmacy for over 10 years but due to it not being dependable i will be changing pharmacy

Management, and the Customer Service desk AND the Boost Membership is a a failed disappointment! We have lived in this area for 53 years and our family has shopped at this location since conception. Personally I have seen a lot of changes esthetically, however the attitudes of MOST of the employees is jaw dropping. The conversations they hold with one another. Talking on the phones while fulfilling customers orders. Even talking back at management. The cleanliness, friendliness, and lack of what the meaning OF TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE has failed at this location on every level. The BOOST MEMBERSHIP is a joke. The management clearly is a reflection of the workers. A team is only as strong as it's leaders.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This pharmacy employees the slowest, dumbest group of ppl I have ever met. One of them types like she's never seen a computer in her life. Makes me wonder where their getting their degrees or if Kroger's even required a degree.

It's been 25 minutes of the phone line for the pharmacy ringing. I'm pretty sure they don't want anyone taking their scripts there. I'd recommend going to Walgreens or the Krogers in Oakley or Hyde Park.

Literally the longest I have ever waited for my prescriptions. My first time using this pharmacy, definitely will be the last.

I submitted my prescription 6 days ago and they still aren’t ready! If you call, no answer. Drive through is always closed and when you go inside you’re greeted with a line for over an hour for them to tell you to come back in an hour (since the prescriptions are never ready) to wait in the line for another hour. THIS IS NOT OKAY WHEN PEOPLES HEALTH DEPEND ON THEIR MEDS!! Wish I could get zero stars. Shame on you.

the worst kroger pharmacy on this god forsaken planet. do not send ur meds here: i have been INSIDE THE PHARMACY 3 TIMES IN 2 days, each time they told me they forgot to “press the process button” and told me to come back later. The workers are honestly the dumbest group of people i’ve ever interacted with. If you get the chance to go, watch the workers as you stand in line(always 30- and hour). It legitimately looks like a special needs class running a pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been too. Line takes forever, and when they run out of a certain medicine they will not tell you. Took me a week to finally realise I was not getting it filled, and they showed zero assistance in giving authorization so I can switch pharmacy's.

Kroger Pharmacy Norwood is grossly understaffed. My doctor called in a prescription on a Friday. I tried to call until Sunday and no one answered the phone, I went in on Sunday it wasn't ready. Two days I was waiting for it to be filled. They said it would be in 45 minutes. I went out, had lunch, came back in an hour and a half and still had to wait 20 more minutes. If this was a one-off it's excusable but it's the rule not the exception and has been the norm since the start of Covid. It's not the fault of the staff. They're always working. There was already one mix up & I was given the wrong meds. After, I was throwing up & thought I had the flu. I got a call from the manager who said I was given the wrong meds & to bring them back. I was given a $25 gift card for my trouble. It has to be a corporate decision to understaff Norwood. Oakley & Hyde Park don't have the same problem.

If I could give negative 5 I would. They like to come up with any way to not give you your medication, including closing an hour early. If your hours state that you close at 6pm, close at 6pm! Don't take your break at 5pm and put up the closed due to break at 1pm sign! Just change your hours because this has happened many times. Ridiculous. If a husband is trying to get medicine for his sick wife and he ends up having to send her up because they can't read an insurance number, don't tell him that you're open until 6pm and then run and close up shop! This has been several times now that I've had to have my medication moved because these people wanna give people a runaround. What a joke! Just terrible!

The Kroger pharmacy in norwood on Montgomery Road had the rudest employee giving out prescription. I got there one minute until closing. It was one small prescription on September 17th. It was 1 minute until closing and there was no one there. I rushed from my job to pick the percription up and she rudely said I'm tired come back tomorrow. I won't do it.

I'd your time and patience aren't important to you, go here! Rude and unhelpful. Close early randomly, and no it's not lunch time. I wish I could treat clients the way this staff does.

I was Mistreated at the Norwood Cincinnati location! The Mgr on duty, Dontell* told me to "get out" and "Leave" in no uncertain terms those were his words I'm not embellishing at all , That is what he said. it was the end of the day granted but you don't cut someone off from paying for the items when they're almost done I don't care how fast you think people need to move or how important you think your time is when you're getting paid to be there...it wouldn't have made a difference anyways because they had to restock stuff anyways and on top of that they had to restock the items I was not able to pay for because he was pushing me out the store. He took my cart and told me I hadn't paid for it either when there were clearly bags in the cart with receipts. i also have disabilities so this didn't help that at all. That fool needs t properly trained or put out of the store cus he's making KROGER look REALLY BAD. I have worked in retail, restaurant, and entertainment and I would never treat a customer the way he treated me. IF I come back he and others like him need to be gone PERIOD. I am or was a frequent shopper at this location I have spent 1000's there but I won't be back to Krogers! naw, I'm good if that's how you treat folks regardless of what time it is. If I can see people safely out of a theme park with out pissing folks off he can do the same! hell SAVE ALOT IS JUST AS CLOSE! IGA too!
