Seems like they only start making your prescriptions once you're already there so I would suggest calling first

I've been to other Kroger pharmacies before and I've never had an issue until this location. The tech at the pharmacy was very rude, very unprofessional and wouldn't help at all. I forgot to get her name but she has a large chest tattoo very recognizable. She wouldn't answer any of my questions and dismissed anything I had to say. I really just had some questions about my medication and she just wouldn't help at all. I've never been treated like that before, especially at a pharmacy, I suggest another location for sure.

I was serviced with great Customer service from the deli department,... A young lady name April who worked in the deli department asured me that my order will be taken care of and I can pick it up at the pacific time.. great expectation serve me well happy customer great customer experience thank you Miss April.. I almost put it at 2 starts but the pharmacist Adam is great. It's the other workers and them not doing there job correctly. My biggest issue right now is I wasn't getting notifications for months that was supposed to tell me when my medicine was ready. For months they kept telling me they sent me a notification. I kept telling them I wasn't getting them so let's figure out why. They kept saying I don't know. Today I find out from a new person that works there that I wasn't enrolled anymore so I had to re-enroll is all I have to do. Wow! You're telling me that they other people didn't want to do there job and make things easier for me. So they didn't care. Not the type of people I want to be working there in that kind of field. So I'm switching but that isn't the reason why. But it's part of it along with other issues. Things were great till you started to hire a bunch of lazy people or they just wasn't trained right. Which the trainer's we're lazy as well. Who knows. I'm about tired of Kroger pharmacies anyway and about to start going to a mom and pop pharmacies.

Lots of expired items. 3 times in the last few months I have gotten way pass the date. Brought some herbs this week (August) the had expired in June. I did have my groceries delivered but I don't feel the shopper should be responsible for the out dated products. Be careful.

Adam is the best ever! Super helpful and courteous. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 is bc I feel the other pharmacy techs have no clue what they’re doing and have sent me on a wild goose chase trying to get my script filled. Either way this location is SO much better than the one on Winton, they actually answer their phones which is fabulous

I've found them very helpful - even some go so far as to offer tips on saving money on prescriptions. They're always VERY busy and the people I've worked with have always been courteous and helpful.

This pharmacy is slipping badly-they used to be pretty good, but beware their mistakes, you may need to make two (or even THREE) trips to make them get it right!

Waited over an hour for a prescription that had been called in hours earlier. The woman lied to me about it. Made it seem like my fault. They apparently hadn't checked their voice-mail messages from doctors in several hours. Then the doctor called talked to the male pharmacy personnel who verified it was in the computer and he would have it right out to the doctor over the phone. While the female pharmacy staff proceeded to tell me it would be a 25 minute wait. I asked her if it could be sooner as I have already been waiting 35 mins. She stared at me and said "what do you want me to do about it"? I would like you to simply admit your mistake and get it together for me. I wouldn't be upset about the mistake if she wasn't rude about it. Took over 40 mins from the quoted 25 minutes. Where did customer service go? I don't want to be the person that freaks out and gets mean to get decent customer service. So I'll just leave my review here. Avoid this pharmacy.
