Horrendous service here! They don't always have enough people to work the place and they shut down the drive-thru.

The night the little clinic sent my prescriptions they did not have them. Sent my boyfriend to get them the next day since I have the flu really bad. They only gave him one. Now I’m calling to see why and have been left with the phone ringing for 20 minutes and counting, not even put on hold. This is insane to deal with when I’m already so sick.

I spent 30 minutes trying to get someone here to answer the phone so they could get my prescription ready and I could just come through the drive thru. However, no one bothered to answer so I had to come bring my sick germs into the store and wait 30 minutes for them to get my prescription ready. Ridiculous that no one here can answer the phone and they all just seem so thrilled to work there.

Pharmacy staff are rude! Cashier (TIYA) thought it was okay to whisper about me to the window cashier who then decided to stare. Mad because I asked her to double bag my groceries. She couldn’t do it on her own and ask the coworker to help…. She didn’t seem to have a problem ringing up the few groceries, only when I asked to have the heavy bag double bagged. Ridiculous that this was asking too much of her.

This Kroger Pharmacy is awful. Between frequently having to go inside to pick up my Rx because they've closed the drive thru window to not having my phone calls answered, this location is a joke and I wish my insurance was still accepted by Walgreens.

I stopped here for one item that I will need for my next review and found it easily as the store is well laid out and the stock is in good condition. The parking lot is clean though not exactly easy to negotiate. I wasn't doing a full shop here but the prices I did spot seemed to be decent. Kroger has a customer registration scheme that offers some discounts on items if you're in the program. It's worth it. [Review 18031 overall - 175 in Ohio - 1552 of 2022.]

I've never had an easy time here. They never receive my orders. Or they lose them. They never answer the phone either. Its just a nightmare every single time. Very rude staff, they don't want to help.

They must forget that some medications directly affect a patients quality of life/can alter brain chemistry/cause withdrawal or other symptoms from a missed dose/etc, etc. If the recorded message tells you your script will be ready the next day but it's going to take a few days because they have to order it, they won't call and tell you. And you won't know because the system calls to tell you your script is ready only about 75% of the time. So no call doesn't necessarily mean the script wasn't filled. They don't answer the phones, either. I usually find out a script can't be filled after I go in and try to physically pick it up myself. That being said, I hate to leave this bad review because everybody that I've dealt with at this location has been super nice. I would say the issue is that they are understaffed, and I wouldn't necessarily relate that to covid because it was a problem before then. Kroger, get it together.
