I like this brand especially ground turkey, . Last week I bought ground turkey again and I cooked meatballs. I was so so disappointed. To many bones!! Almost every bite had the small bones , sometimes are big. I hope they will not using bones for the ground turkey anymore! This is horrible eat meat and feel something hard on your teeth. Not enjoyable at all!!!

FYI Boost delivery at Kroger, guarantee is not a guarantee. It is a joke. I called because 2 weekends in a row I have tried to place an order, and could not schedule for 2 days. When I contacted them I was told it was due to inclement weather! Wow the rain on other streets than ours must be pretty bad!!! What a joke!!!Save your money!!! I am going try instacart out. At least there you are not stuck at Kroger

Kroger still trying to end my life in retaliation for deaths that occurred in 2012 and 2014. Rodney is very lucky to be alive. I hope his wife will do the right thing and send him to prison for the rest of his life, divorce him and take his money. He is also Responsible for the deaths of individuals in the Seattle area.

TERRIBLE experience with Kroger app customer service. On hold for very long periods and had to re explain my app experience issue multiple times without receiving any help. The phone representative who did “not have the time” to stay on the phone and resolve my issue hung up mid order. I spent 2.5 hours in all online and in the phone with no resolution. Very disappointed.

Very unprofessional. Two people I spoke to in the complaint department put in the wrong information. I was harassed by a manager at a Kroger store because of my race and I thought that would be important enough for someone to care but I guess not. I don't believe anyone from this company will call me or look into this.

When I signed up for Instacart for Kroger shreveport, somehow my account got messed up and delivery to be made in am was delivered 10pm the night before and I was charged $9.99 for delivery I had scheduled for the next morning FREE. Then I found out the reason my order wasn’t complete-they were shopping in the wrong Kroger’s. I moved to Bossier City in 2000 and have shopped in the Barksdale store for almost 24 years. Admittedly, by the time I got to manager (Barksdale store) I was furious and did yell at the guy-he hung up on me. Needless to say, after 24 years of problem free shopping I have deleted my account at Kroger’s and am now shopping at Brookshires.Nice loyalty program you have.

Bought a $100 gift card went to use it and it was inactive, Kroger's says they cannot do anything about it all sales are final to contact the phone number on the back of the card. Which I have done several times and no one is willing to take responsibility even thought I tried to use the card at the Kroger's I purchased it at the same day with the same person who rang up the purchase of the card earlier that day.

I've been dealing with this issue since self checkout since it started to be made more and more prevalent message to Kroger decision makers to can either trust that your customers providing free labor by scanning and bagging our own groceries and stop the constant delay and lock up if register that requires a cashier to come and clear the register and all due to the belt being filled due to limit of letting only one item be placed on conveyor at a time. I'm ready to go to any one of your competitors that have a better checkout experience without the inconvenience

Search for a product resulting in Kroger as a seller. Went to Kroger site, provided information to establish an online account and placed an order. The next day I was notified that the order was cancelled without any explanation. Now the company has the necessary information to bombard me with their scam spammerswhile providing ... nothing.It appears that I have to select a star where NONE is warranted to post my comment.

Worked at state St. In ft. Wayne last month. Still owed 3.5 hers of orientation pay from October 7th. Called the store numerous times about my pay.asked for the store manager Kelly many times. Never got a call back or paid. She refuses to put my hours in so I can get paid. Very unprofessional.

We love shopping at Kroger Companies. We live in Arizona so we shop at Fry's. We have always had positive experiences until our last shopping trip! It's not a big issue but it could be if it affected other shoppers too. We purchased 4 packets of Kroger Taco Seasoning and 1 package was completely sealed and empty! No seasoning in the packet! We hope we purchased the only empty package. We will definitely examine every package of every item we buy in the future. Sincerely, Robin

Cooperate help is needed at 515 S MacArthur Blvd, Irving, TX 75060. Click recent and all last year reviews are 1 star. This used to be a good place. Customer service is non existent. They don't keep anything stocked every day not just now and then and blame the prior shift. They continue to employ people with bad attitudes. The problem is management "I'll put in a request". They continue to drive this location further into closing.

I worked at Kroger beginning in 1968 and used Kroger market for years and I have grad degrees. How can you destroy a wonderful company is amazing. First of all, in my area we have lots of seniors. Most of us are not geeks and we are lost in your digital and clipping system. It is far too complicated...with the technical ability required to use coupons. I'm lost! The kind workers are overwhelmed in helping us. We can't get through this product that is not functional for us. The NEW automated system is foolish. People go to markets to hurry and run through their purchases. It is slow... remove it. It is a wait of time. Come out with a simple system PLEASE!
