This is far the worse krogers in city to go grocery shopping. It has nothing for normal people. It barely has enough room for anything. It used to be a kroger that we all can shop at since this high priced health food small variety store came it's been hell.

I shop here a few times a week because it's the only grocery store in the city. First the bad... you have to clear the gauntlet of bums and pot smoke that greets you at the entrance and It's quite expensive for normal groceries. On the positive side, they do seem to be well staffed, polite, and welcoming employees. The place is stocked and turned over. Also, there is armed security guards as well as plain clothes loss prevention dudes. I've seen a guy being pulled out by his collar out into the street and giving a don't come back talkin to.

Absolutely the worst Kroger store I have ever seen. Everything looks to be well thought out until you look at the shelves. Every order we place with Instacart has nearly 50% of the items canceled. It's easy to see why when you go because whomever manages the stock has zero logistical logic. For examle, I needed heavy cream, theres 8 shelves of half and half with 9 brands fully in stock but only one shelf of cream from only one brand sold out. The meat section, even when fully stocked can fit about 4 boneless ribeyes and of course they are always sold out. Peanut oil, only 1 gallon sizes and only Kroger brand. The list goes on an on. Shelves are constantly stocked with multiples of the least needed things and empty of what you want since they never shelved them in the first time. Then you add the fact that there are normally 10-20 dude just hanging out at the door or inside of the entrance and this place becomes a nightmare to visit. We are shopping at Meijer for now on, I would rather have less quality of what I want than constantly not have anything I need at all. Publix can't get to Ohio fast enough.

urge you to consider relocating the greeters inside the store, away from the narrow entrance and certainly not near the elevators. This would reduce obstruction and create a smoother, more accessible entry for all customers. Additionally, it’s essential that these greeters wear identifiable uniforms to make their roles clear and professional.
