First of all, buying a $2 pack of soap shouldn't require going into a secure area. I resent that you rearrange your stores constantly to trick us into impulse buying. But the rude behavior. Especially this one and kenard. But even in my Washington, one of your employees almost ran over my daughter. I had to pull her out of the way. Thur 3/20. And it's not our job as customers to get out of your way. Finally, how does every convenient store in the city have better scanners than you?

You can only use the restroom if you have a phone and scan the QR code to login. If you’re homeless or poor, you can’t use the bathroom.

This is absolutely ridiculous I keep trying to call into this Kroger's been trying to call in since around 2:00 p.m and it is currently 225pm. no one will answer they just let the phone ring until you get busy signals mind you I just got finished shopping they are not too long ago and it didn't look like it was too busy to not answer customer's phone calls. And you all need to do better with bagging groceries Ashley was my cashier and the young man begging my groceries is disabled God bless his heart nothing against him but the young man that is assisting him should do better by assisting him if he's going to help him he should know better than to smash a customer's bread and not to make sure that soft items such as bread and eggs are placed on top of other groceries.
Both loaf of bread and my ex were damaged due to improper bagging. Also keep in mind some people have to use other transportation to get to the grocery store such as Lyft Ubers the bus so I just can't turn back around and replace these items that easily.

The Guards at night really need to be nicer and calm down. Following paying customer around telling them the store is closed and threating to put people out is uncalled for.

Security guards turned me away several minutes before close: I needed one thing urgently.
Change your close time if you want to close before then.

The day of Thanksgiving, I forgot a few necessary items. So I decided to go to the Kroger's near me. I got there 15 minutes till they closed. The officer/security guard refused to let me in due to them closing in 15 minutes. I knew exactly what I needed and exactly where it was located. I would have been out in 7 minutes. Very frustrated at the security guard because he not only did he not let me in 15 minutes BEFORE they closed, but he was VERY rude about it too, as he was waving at me and others through the door trying to antagonize us. This krogers needs to invest in a different security team. I’m not sure if it was university police or a security company, but either way it made this Krogers a terrible place to go to on a holiday not just for me but for the multiple people trying to get what they needed for the holidays.

Been going to this Kroger since it was rebuilt.
Absolutely no carts had walked around the lot for one while it was raining.
How are we expected to get out when the self checkout is a low amount of items and you have two lanes open overloading the cashiers.
What happened to the carts with the undercarriage toooooo bro I don’t wanna squish my food before its even bought please do better I hate shopping as it is with prices.

Horrible! They need better employees! The teenagers just playing around the only cashier was rude and doesn't want to do her job, then the MOD every five minutes rushing paying customers out over the speakers. I'm tired of spending my hard earned money at this particular kroger
