Ok kenard wats the deal with taking all ur sale tickets down off Tyson? Ur juice tags are incorrect for dole maybe so we can buy kroger oj? Every time i go to this kroger. Check kroger app first for kroger sales, cause they are not posted at this kroger.

This has to be the worst Kroger in the entire Cincinnati Metropolitan area. You're greeted with a horribly dirty and un-maintained parking lot full of carts everywhere. They make no effort to stop multiple people from parking in the fire lane out front at a time. I have walked past multiple cars just parked there for far longer than it took me to go in, get my stuff, and then get out of the store. Meaning they are there for 30+ mins unattended, but no one does anything about it. Good luck to the local fire department if they ever have an emergency situation there. They have trouble keeping their small selection of items (compared to other stores) stocked properly. The meat & seafood department is a joke. There are like 5 total choices for cuts of beef. Ground (if you can even call that a cut), roasts, then absurdly expensive ribeye's and filets. Haven't ever seen a sirloin, flank steak, london broil, etc. there ever in the year I've been going. I regularly can't find ANY refrigerated tea. They sell a ton of it obviously, but don't seem to make effort to alter the shelf space for it to keep it available. Frozen section is ok, but there have been times where I noticed there were literally NO frozen potatoes & frozen chicken products. They regularly run on a low staff count which only hurts more as you stand there for far too long, to spend an exorbitant amount of money for your groceries. I've regularly seen only 2 cashiers open at 5-7pm on weekdays and weekends alike (a busy time for a grocery store) and while thats happening there are usually only 6 total self checkouts. They actually have 12 self checkouts, but for some reason almost always have 6 of them turned off. Probably goes back to my low staff count comment, but it is ridiculous nonetheless. I strictly go to this store because its right by my neighborhood, but when time permits I always opt to drive across town to either Meijer or Aldi. Kroger is a greedy company, squeezing us out of our hard earned money, while raking in massive profits, and this store is probably the worst one in our whole city. Hard pass.

The problem with Kroger is every location is different. That is not to say unique. Kroger runs their business poorly. The consistency between locations is terrible and it is unfortunate that Kroger continues to poorly maintain their stores in lower income communities. While keeping other more affluent locations clean, stocked and staffed. Cut it out. Kroger. It's honestly disgusting. This location is often dirty poorly stocked and many times over has the wrong price tags posted for products. Kroger bakes billions while their customers suffer. Wouldn't shop there if I didn't have to.

This one star isn't for the employees, it's for one of the Store Managers, Sandi. I have lots of Google reviews and have never named anyone for atrocious customer service; however, she get's the "honor" for my first documentation of this.
I let it go the first time she was running store and didn't turn off Starbucks mobile order app in her store when she knew no one was running Cafe.
I had put a food and drink order in which charged me. When I entered the Starbucks inside her Kroger it said "closed". Sandi refused to help, and sarcastically stated in front of others, "I'm soo sorry you can't have your coffee". I reminded her I wasn't trying to order it, it was already ordered and paid for due to her not turning app off. One of her employees stepped up and made my drink as well as gave me my food I already paid for on app. because Sandi walked back in her Office.
10/30 I made mistake of ordering at her store again thinking this couldn't happen twice. WRONG...same thing, but worse this time. She was even more sarcastic even as Security was shaking their head at HER behavior especially after I said I paid, I am a local teacher just trying to grab a coffee before I drive an hour home.
She was so rude, there's no excuse because it's her job to turn an app off if she knows an employee isn't there to do a job.
I hope others have not been affected by her lack of concern and/or incompetence.
I asked her if she would be okay paying for something and getting nothing? She just walked in her Office shutting door and I walked out w/ nothing after paying.

Don't stop here. Understaffed so expect to wait in a long line to buy 5 items. More self checkouts could be opened but no staff showed up today. It's not a weekend or holiday

Terrible store, employees are rude, sidewalks, bathrooms are disgusting. People with 25 items and less are the only ones that are supposed to be allowed using self scan but certain employees allow their "friends" to go through the line with cart fulls of things. Just a horrible store needs shut down and start over with a nicer store and employees that want to work instead of standing around bullcrapping and smoking weed outside.
