Room service provided me with a very clean room. The swimming pool was refreshing, and the continental breakfast wasn't to bad.

This store is usually very hit or miss. It usually understaffed during the busiest hours. There is a register in the personal hygiene area (toothpaste, “family planning” deodorant, etc) where you can only buy those items but if you have other groceries you must wait in a long line for usually half of their working self scan machines or one register open. Why is it that the U.S.’s wealthiest grocery chain cannot staff and operate a store in its own hometown? Might I add that this store is one of many stores neglected just because it’s not located in a more affluent neighborhood like Oakley or Newport, KY.

I'm leaving kroger now. Approached the door at 5:40pm. They are closed. And they close at 9:50pm almost every night usually. Weird time to close. But it is Christmas Eve! Happy holidays! Off to udf. Lots of people are upset they are closed. Missing so much money!!! ?

Employee refused to ring me up. Made me use self checkout. There self checkout is a joke and you should not refuse to ring people up.

Real ghetto. I would just like to know who’s the rich entitled pos who invented u-scan? Obviously someone who’s probably never had to do his own grocery shopping. Anyway, quick question: who likes to work 8-12 hrs and then go to the grocery store and work some more? The machines SUCK! All it does is freeze up and tell me I’m doing something wrong and then I have to wait for the associate who is being pulled in 10 different directions. Should we have taken a training course or something bc I have zero desire to walk all over this giant store (after working all day), spend all of my money because, you know, “inflation” and then have to work, and read and decipher a machine that I don’t even want to deal with? Who’s evil idea was this? Why do you keep forcing us to do it!?! Do all of u companies get together and come to a consensus on how you all can annoy us more while still draining our pockets? Is that the end goal for “customer service” nowadays? I have to talk to robots on the phone if I call and have to deal with machines when I actually go to the store. It’s too much! Grocery shopping shouldn’t be this terrible but leave it to the rich spoiled brats who get positions handed down to them to make our lives absolutely miserable while at the same time literally draining our pockets. How long do you think this business model will last? You companies have gutted the working class and you simply don’t care. That’s why I don’t care if ppl steal because atp y’all deserve it! If I have to work while I grocery shop, I should get an employee discount as far as I’m concerned. Where are the savings since u hire less ppl because of these machines?? Oh yeah - corporate bonuses that’s where the savings go. Right back in the slime filled pockets of your entitled, rich IV league decision makers who most likely shop at Whole Foods. Devils.

I had to call 3 different times to get to speak to the pharmacy. When they finally answered- I told them of the difficulty getting thru- I was told "we have more things to do- not just answer the phone!" I don't spend my money with an establishment that considers my call an intrusion. I transferred my prescription.

Kroger has taken the phone numbers off of the grocery pickup stall signs. This is very inconvenient for the handicapped and seniors, who have individuals pickup their groceries. The individual, like myself , has no access to scan in and alert the Kroger's staff they are there. I've had to hunt down staff members more 3 times in the past month to retrieve groceries that should have been brought to my car.

Bought the worst sushi I've ever had in my life here. The rice was super hard and chewy, it was crazy.

I was traveling with a coworker who lives in France now, and he had a list of “American snacks” that his kids wanted, so we went on a junk food shopping spree. Everything is clean and well laid-out, with good signage in the aisles, and a good selection of everything we were looking for. His kids are going to get the sugar crazies next week.

It's find but instacar5 shoppers don't pick quality items. Wen u complain u have to wait too long for your refund. Sometimes I have just enough for the items I ordered and didn't get or was rotten or spoiled
