If I could give a minus I would. The pharmacist, head pharmacist she said, has no business working with people she is completely unprofessional coming from behind the counter and fighting with people. And the management don’t care how disgusting that place is or how their employees act. Somebody needs to tell her she’s at work not on the streets. Embarrassed for the entire community on her behalf.

Not a bad store except the staff that oversee the self checkout lines. They are polite with few exceptions, but they are young and dress and act accordingly. It's a bit tacky to have the "cashier" eating a burger while validating coupons or helping you with the stone age machines. Otherwise it's decent. Oh, yeah.. Crystal and Chris In the liquor store are the best!!

This has to be the worst Kroger on earth. The lady working the service deal would not stop doing lottery to help me and the other customers waiting. Terrible customer service. 9:23am on 3-10-2025. I can not believe Krogers allows this type of treatment of their customers. That lady should NOT be working customer service.

Good seletion for its location. Enough variety to get everything you need and the included liquor store is a nice addition. Has definitely improvied over time.
Service can be bad at the later hours but if you go early, you'll be in & out.

Why is it that here recently norwood kroger closes a hr earlier that whats posted. Today store supposed to be closed at 11 i showed up at 10:10 and the doors were locked already

This is the start of a series on Kroger Men's Bathrooms, which are always nasty, dirty, and unpleasant. These shots are from Kroger Norwood, and Kroger Queen City Center. The photos are indistinguishable as to which store, as pretty much all of Kroger's stores in the urban core look this. This a clear reflection of their lack of respect for their customers and employees. This grocery chain has a near monopoly in this Cincinnati market. Imagine if Kroger expanded their monopoly with the proposed Albertson's merger?

No carts available except retrieve your own from the parking lot then lines of shoppers with overflowing carts having to either wait for the cashier to bag your groceries or bag them yourself. The excuse of passing savings along to customers is just another corporate lie. Many are a captive audience but I am certainly after thirty years a customer is now looking at competitive options for my loyal business. Quite the shame frankly. Sadly no one will read or regard this, but it feels good to get it off my chest.

Do not buy meat here!!! I bought ground beef at this Kroger on Tuesday, cooked it that night for dinner, and woke up Wednesday with the worst food poisoning ever. I wouldn’t wish this upon my worst enemy. It’s Friday and I’m still extremely sick and starting to think I need to go to the hospital for an IV. Screw y'all for selling bad meat, and I’ve seen them selling meat that was literally visibly grey before!
Update: I had to go to the hospital on Friday and get an IV because my food poisoning was so severe!! I saw that many private selections products have been recalled for listeria. And nobody has tried to contact me about my review. I will be buying meat elsewhere from now on, this has been an absolute nightmare.

Terrible service and completely unhelpful. I bought beer from them and they not only made me wait an hour and when they did eventually decide to take my call it was to completely abdicate any responsibility for being a middle man, and told me to go to the manufacturer despite me not having any business talking to them. Count your packaged items before you leave, I'm not coming back
