Tracy at front desk is very rude not just to me but I have heard from many others she is that was All the Time. Why is she still working there. There are almost never any carts in store. People are going to other stores …not worth the aggravation to shop Delhi Kroger.

They keep moving things around to keep you in the store longer so you will buy more things, and sometimes they don't stock the off-brand items making you buy what they want you to buy

Well I just found out on my pick up orders that contain Deli items, when it says "out of stock" it's a LIE! They just don't have time or short handed or busy with store customers, so they lie and say out of stock! Monday - 23rd , I did online order Sunday 22nd to pick up on Monday and all my deli items were out of stock and my groceries were for sandwiches and salads - so I question they had no substitution? The employee said, " I can't lie, they are just not doing it, they are a hot mess in there" - I wouldn't had done an order at all if I wasn't going to have my meats and cheeses! Very dissatisfied, disappointed long time customer!

Order pick up is ridiculously slow. Very poorly managed. Be prepared a long time, but going into the store is even worse.

Was there on Monday in the 6pm hour and they had lines all the way back to the cooler cases but management decided to tell several cashiers to close their lanes, leaving us with self checkout and two lanes left open. They even told cashiers to close up, who were trying to open lanes to relieve the lines. Saw moldy lemons on that trip. Almost everything we wanted was out of stock. I had my toddler with me and, after waiting half an hour in the line I was in, was about to load my groceries onto the belt when the cashier told me their manager told them they had to close and they weren’t allowed to cash me out. So I had to wait in line with my squirrelly toddler for 40 MORE minutes in the self check out. I hate the drive to Meijer but this experience left me thinking I’m prob done with Kroger for a bit. Way cheaper at Meijer anyway.

We paid $14.99 for a tray of sushi at the store and did not find it anywhere after arriving home. This happened twice, and we wonder whether the cashier intentionally did it. The cashier, Patty, did not show hospitality to us with any greetings we normally get at grocery stores, including Kroger. We went back to customer service with the receipt on the same day, asking the store manager to check the video recording and look into this matter. The store manager agreed to refund us for both purchases, but his attitude struck us as rude and arrogant: he interrupted us multiple times and his tone was condescending. He said he “could” look into it, but did not answer our questions about the follow-ups. He said we could file a police report. We are very disappointed with the service and management at Kroger: we have been Kroger customers since 2015.

Lacy or Tracy is the rudest person every ! and to have her at the customer service desk just shows how badly ran this Kroger is , she will lie straight to your face EX: you can return any Kroger product with a receipt at any Kroger no matter which one you bought it at, i showed her the website telling her the rules and she said they don't apply to her Kroger ? make it make sense ?another time i went there for cash back , she said there was a 50 minimum, then i sent my GF in, and BAM got the money, insane .

BRING IN THE DAMN CARTS!!! There's never any carts inside!
