Bro If I could give zero stars I would I just came from this krogers in western hills and there was alot of poop in the men's bathroom sink and had to notify the manager please when beware when using men's bathroom at this location

No shopping baskets and they never restock their carts. I have literally never seen a grocery store anywhere in the world that doesn't have shopping baskets, baffling.

When you put up a sign saying the price is one thing and charge the customer something else at tue checkout, then try to use your online price as "proof" they're wrong, you don't get theor business anymore. Be less scammy.

Hey I email Kroger and they didn’t respond. Also I went in a few days ago and it was not cleaned. I was at the Kroger in Western Hills on Glenway, and I noticed what appeared to be black mold or mildew in the aisles where the cookies, biscuits and tofu.
I know a lot of people shop Instacart so you may not go into the store and see what’s going on FYI just wanted everyone to know so they’re not responding .

Today I had one of my best shopping experiences ruined by an overzealous, rude, cowardly security person. I was helping my newly independent son budget and shop for his first apartment. While checking out, separately, this “security person, who we’ve seen multiple times in the store today and I’ve seen on multiple other occasions, says to me that, “bookbags are not allowed in the store”. I’m taken aback and assure him it’s a purse and request that he not talk to me anymore. He proceeds to tell me I’ll need to find somewhere else to shop. Excuse me?! This purse is the same purse I carry to work and I carry into the store every time I patronize. I am livid and considering not shopping at Kroger ever again because of this interaction. I spend my hard earned money on Kroger and don’t appreciate being treated like a criminal, essentially. I’ve left displeased with this store on many occasions (pickups are HORRIBLE now), but this was the final straw.

They never have hard salami pre-cut & out on the floor like they do other meats & cheese, available when I come here. I really would like to see that improve.
