This was my recommended Kroger. But not no more too many drug addicts roam this store and steal to point employees treat customers with no respect like we are thieves. I spend too much money here for the treatment. Morning Shift here is nice but night shift think they are patrol. They need to get rid of this store. Anderson Township Kroger on Beechmont literally 5 mins down the road should be recommended to anyone who live around the area. Wayyyyyyyy better experience.

I moved up here 2.5 years ago with my daughters the store is okay and the only reason why I come to this particular krogers is because it in walking distance or I would go somewhere else I have Nevered been profiled before since moving to this area and they do it consistently and I feel they do it alot looking my way,but you're probably being robbed blind from another direction..thinking about calling corporate and filing a complaint ..

I challenge anyone to find a decent shopping experience at a greater Cincinnati Kroger. It's clear the the bigger this corporation gets, the worse they treat their customers and employees. Every worker in the store is surly or confused and definitely under compensated. The digital coupons don't work most of the time otherwise their prices are no better than any other grocery store. Treat yourself to a nicer experience and go to Meijer, Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Findlay Market, or your corner gas station.

Self checkout girl working today extremely rude and disrespectful, register was acting up and she got an attitude with me because she had to do her job. ? , she might want to not work in customer service if she don’t want to service customers ?♂️ ??. Was taken aback by how awful she was at her job, forgot to get her name but I’m sure I’m not the first one to have this experience with her working ??

The majority of my grocery shopping has been done at the Mount Washington store for the past 28 years. We are equally close to the Anderson and Mariemont stores, but like the smaller format in Mount Washington. In general, cashiers and other staff have always been helpful, personable and pleasant. However, over the past few months, I find one cashier in particular that is invariably rude, lazy, difficult and lacks any sense of customer service. Might want to address her attitude!

The majority of the people here have aweful attitudes. I'm certain that comes from the top. Sassy and ego. Especially the girl named Jazmine. Needs a serious attitude check. This Kroger is well known amongst the locals as the "Ghetto Kroger". That should say something about this location...

The lady in all black clothes with long black hair needs an ego check. She created this weird vibe of.. parents arguing at dinner or something? I don't need this at my local KrogerHer personality is not customer-centric AT ALL and I feel like managers were afraid to stand up to her or something and just allowed her to act professionally-childish in front of customers that were checking out. And dont understand why she had to act like that in front of me and other people checking out.. Very unprofessional and definitely would not want to be a customer asking the wrong question.

Bought a candy apple from this store on November 5th with a best if used by date of November 11th. Bottom was mouldly and rotten, which was hidden by the nutrition label. Customer service wants me to drive it all the way back to them in order for them to make it right.

Put the hand baskets out in the front of the store. I was basically accused of trying to steal today. I don’t need a full cart. So I grabbed a bag from the checkout to carry my groceries through the store. Of course I paid for them (as always) I am not a thief. Also, I am sorry for the young man who confronted me. It was not on him, he was doing his job. SHAME ON THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS STORE!!!!!!DO BETTER Kroger.

My Go-To Kroger when in town, always has good deals, well priced items, good bakery sales, and good service. Is smaller than your average, but all you need in mount Washington !
