There register line is very long and they don’t use their registers, they use only self checkout. It takes around 20 minutes to checkout 3 items

Comically bad Kroger. Understaffed, staff is stressed and unhappy. I tried to talk to customer service - after waiting in line for 5 minutes the lady in front of me said she's been there forever and hadn't seen anyone. Cashiers couldn't help, I ended up leaving after nobody showed up. Threw the rotten meat they sold me in their trash can on the way out while the armed security guard mean mugged me.

Pretty good deals on groceries if you have a Kroger Plus membership. Though when I went, for some reason there were almost no carts either in the store or in the corrals. I'm not sure where they went.

The worst Kroger I've been to. 16 self checkouts were installed before the "grand re-opening" and maybe 4 work at a time, with the addition of one real cashier.
I know Kroger can make it work but it treats this location like trash because it's not a rich area.
Meanwhile Rookwood and Anderson have fresh sushi counters and all sorts of staff.

Went to Starbucks to pick up an order and grabbed some groceries too! This Kroger location has the best fresh and cut fruit. Grabberd some watermelon and the bagged chopped salads. Nice & clean store.

This Kroger is clean and well organized. Easy to park. Produce is fresh. Good flower and plant selection.
