Those little kids do not need to be at the register if they can’t manage their attitudes and customer service. I’m waiting in line to be checked out, the cashier and two baggers was just talking and joking while actively having two customers in front of me. Then the man in front of me card declined and they gon say “ you can’t pay with that it won’t allow us “ the man asking as to the WHY it won’t allow that & dude was like “ it just won’t let us use that card “ in a nasty tone plus a shrug. Overall do better , keep them kids stocking if they can’t work on their service and tones

I had another negative experience, for the third time in the last few months! I will never pump gas, fill up my tires with air or shop for food at this location, even though it is close to my house, ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am disgusted by the rudeness!!!!!!!!!! Deserves no stars!!!!!!

I visited my go-to grocery store, Hartwell, in Cincinnati to purchase chocolate milk and fried chicken. Although the store is well-maintained and has an old-fashioned charm, I believe it deserves a modern building, similar to other Kroger locations, to better serve its customers and stay competitive in the market.

Why did the customer service desk close at 7:15 today 5/7/2024 and they say there open until 8pm,the young man working the desk said he's on break,I know your break is not that long.

Me and this lady came into Kroger last night at 9:55pm. A girl came yelling at another coworker saying why did he let us in. He replied to her and said it’s not 10. She said some cuss words but I continued to grab what I needed before closing. As I went to the u scan the lady ask her a question and the girl just insulted her so bad. I was disgusted
