Kroger is terrible. Dirty, where is the FRESH food? Tricky advertising. Cashiers are Friendly. Front desk not so. Potatoes are Horrible. Most of my shopping is done at Meijers now. Kroger is a huge Disappointment.

This is weirdest Kroger I've ever been to. I have come here twice now from out of town. The entry and exit are confusing thus causing frequent traffic jams. The employees LOVE to stare and then disappear. I mean I walked through the whole store. It felt like I was being ignored. I'm telling you the vibes are off here. On top of all that, I just wanted to purchase some tahini paste. This store is located in a multi-cultural area and they don't sell tahini. Ridiculous! I will NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

The shelves head holes all over at 12:30 in the afternoon couldn't get half the product I wanted I wanted to speak the management and was told with an attitude by Michael supposedly a front end manager they were busy they couldn't talk to me. Correct me if I'm wrong but don't customers count anymore l mean if we weren't there shopping wouldn't they be out of a job

I've never had any issues with this store, but I don't think they should let the Spectrum salespeople use the store for sales. Everytime I go I get hounded by those people and I'm usually in a hurry and already have Spectrum as it is. It's really annoying, and I know it's not Krogers fault that the Spectrum people are that way, but they could just not allow them to harass customers and corner people as they walk in and out. I literally have to go the long way around the pharmacy area where they stand just to avoid them which is ridulous. I have complained to Spectrum as well.

This store has come around. Had not been there in almost a year. But went again recently and it was clean and stocked. The workers were all friendly and willing to assist. Pat at the deli is awesome, she goes above and beyond to help and let's you know the deals they have. She has great customer service skills.
