the meat department was so gross last night. saw alot of marked down items that were grey and some looked rotted, needed to be thrown out instead of marked down. bought a fresh looking angus steak, got it home, and cut it open and it was more gross and rotted than the marked down meat. dont buy meat here.

Seems like a great location. The store was clean and the employees were friendly. Some of the freezers were full of frost and need cleaned. Produce seemed fresh.

Love using the kroger app to pickup groceries without going in the store.

It’s official after 30+ years. I am officially giving up Cherry Grove Kroger. Over the past few years, I have seen this locations quality and service standards go down. From staffing to the amount of checkout lanes open to product being expired on two different occasions in the last 2 months. My husband returned the salad dressing to a staff behind the service desk who did not apologize or seemed like it was any big deal and simply said you’ll have to go get another one. The final straw. I purchased a pound of sliced Colby cheese that was prepackaged at the deli yesterday on Monday, July 17. The date on the package had sell by July 21. imagine my surprise while eating a piece of the cheese, and noticing something green to find mold on the majority of the slices of on the back! It’s imperative that you can trust the dates and the quality of the product that you’re purchasing for your family! Cherry Grove, Kroger- after 30+ years I will no longer do business with you.

This is ridiculous! Lazy workers not paying attention and doing their jobs that they get PAID for! Be very careful buying bread!!!!

Smaller than some Kroger stores, but nice and well-kept. Far less crowded than ones like the Anderson Township store, and the aisles are not choked off by those behemoth carts for online shoppers who think they're at a demolition derby. The vegetable selection is good, and the meat as well. If you're not a fan of the mega store, and miss the feel of a neighborhood grocery, this place is for you. If you want the fancy wine bar, this isn't your Kroger--go to the one on the other end of Beechmont. But if you just want a nice place to buy good groceries at a good price without crowds before even 8:30, this would be a good choice. I won't tell you how nice the new Kroger gas is here and how uncrowded it is also because I don't want it to become crowded like the one at the other end of Beechmont!

Very poor experience with this particular store. I made a delivery to my father from this store. He has had a stroke and couldn’t shop for himself, shopped from Florida. I made an online account and while shopping a coupon for $15 off for first time Delivery/pick up I clipped it. It didn’t apply. I called customer service explained not only the coupon not being redeemable but I’m charged a tip to the shopper. Ummm this was not stated not at the time of new account being set up or any where in the app that they automatically give a tip that you can’t change or deny but you can’t apply my coupon?? I give a tip without my permission but you can’t redeem a coupon that you offer. This is very fraudulent. You take a tip. If I could’ve I would’ve never online ordered but because the necessity outweighed my complaint I did. Will never happen again.

Unfortunately I had a poor experience at this store, I went to speak with a wonderful employee which happened to be my gf of 4+ years which she was giving great information about the store and doing her job while rounding up trash between watching self scan. After one minute of chatting while she worked the store manager rudely rushed over and harassed the both of us. Stating she was on the clock and not allowed to speak with a customer (me) who was purchasing items, while also stating I wasn’t allowed to have freedom of speech and speak while she worked not impending on any tasks. She works the hardest in that store and gets the brunt of everything with no extra pay. The manager then goes on to give her an extra task while doing everything else and decides to stand there and micromanage a wonderful employee doing the most for her job. This just goes to show people with power higher up have little respect for their workers and choose to use the people that do their job while not criticizing or teaching other employees how to do their job more effectively.Harassment comes in various ways and is not healthy in any means and can lead to harsh environments. Please, if you’re reading this (manager) apologize and show appreciation to your employees. Always having critical harsh feedback isn’t always the best, appreciation and thankfulness goes a long way. I hope this store as a team grows from reading this. Thanks.

I had to bring a disabled person with me to pickup an order. I had to repeat myself several times. I told the employee at least twice not to put stuff in my trunk but he still asked me to open my trunk. If my consumer didn't go to this store I wouldn't even step foot in this store or give them any business! I live in North College Hill and that Krogers is way better!

This location ALWAYS looks like it’s the end of the world. Shelves empty, not a single cart available, and just stuff laying everywhere. How they are allowed to maintain this store in such a terrible state is mind boggling. They NEVER have what I’m looking for. Never. Tonight was the last straw for me. I’ll shop somewhere else from now on. Most chaotic Krogers I’ve ever experienced.

Beware of kroger delivery!!! I was so excited and have vouched for them several times on comments here. Oct 8th they overcharged me 108.12 said I'd get refund in 7 to 10 days. Oct 9th charged 6.30 (without permission or an order) called again was told refund on that 7 to 10 days. Spent 5 hrs on phone to straighten it out they offered me a $50 credit for my inconvenience. I made an order for 42.64 which showed I owed 0.00. On Oct. 19 They charged my card $1.00 then again $41.62. Got in contact with their executive office after being hung up on several times was told I'd be refunded 157 in 3 to 5 days. Got my refund today but they charged me again without permission for another 42.67 on oct 20th. I'm now up to over 10 hrs total on the phone with them and they are still fraudulently charging my account. Now the exec office is closed until Monday and they now owe me another 42.64. This has been the worst experience ever and a total nightmare. Monday when bank opens I have to shut my card down get a new one and proceed with fraud charges.
