I really enjoyed my shopping experience Sunday 4/27/25. I am closer to the one on North Bend. But, I can really say will try best to shop at the Hamilton location. It is very clean and organize.

Expand the photo and see the food under the shelves and on the floor. The manager should be demoted or fired. Hard-working blue collar people spending their money here deserve better. I didn't spend any money here. This photo was taken on 3/27/25 at 8:30 pm. Upper management, what are you going to do to correct this issue?

1-24-25 Trash customer service. Refused service. Claimed store was closed. They wanted to do nothing but be petty.
1-31-25 Tonia decided to tell me today that she see’s that I decided to come into the store earlier today. Also said that by law, they have to close the doors at 9:55pm. Where’s the training? Where’s the store manager?

I have been calling for about 30 mins. Now, these young people are lazy. They do not want to work. And the managers don't care because they don't know how to talk to people. I was waiting on store manager Antonio one day for about 15min and he still didn't come over to the customer service desk to see what I wanted, I have to go to him. I recorded our conversation, yes I did. Now today, I left a bag of potatoes at the store, im calling and they keep putting me on hold. When a person finally answer, I ask to speak to the manager, manager Tasha came to the phone, i told her my issue, she helped me but hung up before I could say thank you, have a good evening. Wow!!! Hire all new people please or bring the old ones back. I have been going to this Krogers for over 20 years.

I bought an 8 PC chicken and an 5 legs. It was dried out and hard. I normally don't have any problems. Shouldn't have just one person cooking and doing the deli.

Old dirty nasty store with no upgrades and workers with bad attitudes. Whoever the manager is, they should be fired and every checkout girl should be replaced. Hateful. Rude. Beware.

Wow. Seems like a lot of low reviews for this location. I had a good experience here. Is it one of the older stores? Yes. But it has all the basics, and parking is easy.

How about updating your hours to closes at 10pm ?? That way people are not wasting gas and time driving out for no reason!

I bought 1 bag of cherries about a week ago at this location. The cashier over charged me for 2 bags of cherries in the amount of $12.00. She told me to see Tasha at the front desk to which Tasha told they were closed! Keep in mind, this is not the first time this has happened at this location with being overcharged! I wait a few days because I’m a business owner and my time is very limited right now! I go back today and Tasha says they ( the front desk is closed again)! For me it’s the principle of this situation! As much as groceries are these days (Tasha) should handled this without thinking about it for one second! Plus, she could have cared less about my $12.00…. her only concern was getting out of there at quitting time! What has happened to this location? A dear friend of mine Chrystal Cooke was mgr at one time with excellent customer service and never one problem! Now, there is bad service, young kids at every register, people stealing, no bottom rack on carts, the store is dirty, sometimes the food is bad etc! Tasha should be ashamed to not squash this whole situation and given me my money back! It was “$12.00!??!! You took it, give it back! I will never in life shop there again!! Tasha needs to be reprimanded because the customer who’s money was taken is always first! I was never rude but I can’t say that for her!

I was in line behind 4 other people at the deli and idk how much longer they were there than me, but I personally was there over 25 minutes before giving up and leaving. I have plenty of other gripes about this store, but this is flat out unacceptable. Walking in the door, it was heard over the intercom that the deli had a soft call on line one. Okay cool I get that, but I went to go check out chips and bread first, and then walked over to the deli to find this not even long wine there's just four other customers there. And then when the employee finally came back, they literally just took their sweet time. The man was ordering pepper turkey breast, and had to explain it multiple times what it was they needed. I can't come back here
