Very helpful sales staff! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient as well. We bought recliners with and without power lifts, and had lots of questions, which our sales rep answered thoroughly. He explained the delivery process and warranty information in detail. The prices are quite good for the quality of the products received.

Great sales experience! We were greeted soon after walking in. We were directed to the items we were looking for, then left alone for a bit to look and discuss our choices. When we had a question our salesperson was nearby without hovering. We weren't pressured at all and when it was time to choose fabrics for the recliners and sofa it was quick and easy to see samples and get prices. We ended up purchasing two recliners, a sofa, and an ottoman. I will definitely go back again if/when we have need for furniture again. Thank you Lazy boy🙂

I was pleased with the sales person at LazyBoy Eastgate. No pressure, had lots of recliners to look at and try out. The choices with fabrics are endless in most models. Easy payment terms if needed. I purchased the Apollo in Carmel microfiber. I have a cat and wanted easy care fabric. I’ve always purchased LazyBoy recliners because of the hardwood frame and stout mechanism. Highly recommended.

Process was easy. Sales people didn’t pressure us, they met us and gave us a brief rundown of the floor and not checked in us periodically. Made it a low pressure experience unlike other stores.
Both the pieces we bought are comfortable and look great in our space.

Very nice and patient salesperson Justin, provided options for us without being pushy. Was truly service-oriented and wanting to meet our needs. He even stayed after hours to finish our sale. Id shop there again and highly recommend him and La-Z-Boy.

I purchased the Pinnacle swivel lazy boy on August 25, 2025. I purchased during a 30% off sale and was told that is the most off they offer. I paid in full that day and was told 6-8 week for delivery which was no problem. Lazy Boy in September offered 40% off which when I saw called my salesperson. He checked and said he was going to make the adjustment for me but I was past the 30 days after placing my order (still had not received the chair). I explained that I just got out of an 8 day stay in the hospital 6 of which was in ICU. I even sent documentation of this to my salesperson. Did not receive a return call but when I followed up with a call I was told the best they could do was waive the delivery charge. I am surprised that such a large company would do this. I have since received my chair and am happy with the product, but would look somewhere else in the future for a reclining chair.
