How many peoples getting in LabCorp call them up and trying to pay their bill not very many I'm sure of it. I talked to one person gave her all my information. Besides the billing last part transfer me to a different want it all the information again. Even the invoice. When she couldn't hear my name correctly I switched from speakerphone two regular talk. Couldn't wait literally 3 less than 3 seconds to get paid. It was Money in the bank. Turning into whoever cuz there will be no red scent coming over from this way.

I am 35 weeks pregnant I went to Winton Hills to get blood work done for my pregnancy statement and they refused to test my blood for my pregnancy. My baby should be here December 14, 2024.

Front Desk lady ignored me a few times so she could enjoy time on her phone. Asked for help twice got ignored, then was met with snarky attitude when she was finally willing to help. On top of mumbling, and not looking up once from her phone.
Truly the best service 🙄

Really bad experience with a blood draw. I informed the tech that the chair they had me sitting in wasn't going to work since my feet didn't touch the floor and I needed to recline, but they wouldn't provide an alternative. I ended up passing out, vomited, etc. The tech was very sweet and helped me clean up but I was so embarrassed and knew it could have been avoided if I had my request for a reclining chair granted.

Walked in to a check in area with nobody around except the lady at the front desk. She didn’t look up or say hello. After 30 seconds I let her know I was there . She didn’t look up & she told me to check in at the kiosk (as she pointed with her head down)
Not that hard to look up and say hello.
Just assuming the owner of this company would like to know.

Had to get bloodwork. Arrived at 8:00 checked in using kiosk, simple to use following instructions. No appt. Waiting area was clean. There were 11 people there by 8:15. I got in and out by 8:30. The staff there were very efficient and kind. They had some computer issues they had to scramble around to overcome but got on track quickly. The stick for blood draw was minimal discomfort. I wanted to leave this good review according to my experience because there were alot of negative reviews which made me had doubts about this company. All went well for me

Easy! In & out. Just come in prepared with your paperwork printed or you can scan your id at the kiosk. I had 2 drug screens and a blood draw. The blood draw was painless. Grateful for Tasha! 10/10 I’ll come here again.

Had an appointment. I was at the appointment 10 mins early. People who walked in with no appointment were called back before me. Front desk staff was very rude. I would rather pay out of pocket than use labcorp again.

Had to go for the first time today for blood work I was scared to death after seeing the reviews but turns out everyone was very friendly and the wait wasn't as long as I expected.
